Charles Wallace Murry (1955-1992) was an American crimefighter, screenwriter and sweater vest designer. He is best known as the blue uniformed third of the Three Warriors.

Early life:

Murry was born on August 28th 1955 in Miles City Montana, and was later adopted by the Murry family in Anaheim California.

Even when he wasn't even ten years old, Murry knew everything there was to know about math, science and history and discovered his ability to do telepathy.

This was how he and his sister Meg met basketball hall-of-famer Calvin O'Keeffe in 1961.

"Back then, I'd just discovered my ability to call people with my mind. I guess that's what I'm best known for; and I like it like that. It was how I met Calvin and Sam [Pan]. So I guess you can say I have my friends because of my mind" said Murry in 1987.

His telepathic mind also played a big role in the rescue of his scientist father after his four-year disappearance.

In 1962, Murry met the Beatles with his sister, O'Keeffe, and Sam Pan. Murry described his first interaction with the Beatles as interestingly dramatic.

"When I first met the Beatles, particularly Paul [McCartney], it was like a soap opera. He'd been locking himself in his room for three years and surprisingly still living. How he decided to instantly let Meg into his room, I'll never know. In fact, the Beatles were sorta in a rough place at that point, but they really turned around. By the time Paul came out of his room, the other three were real pals with us. John and I in particular" said Murry in 1978.

John Lennon and Murry were claimed to be best friends and prank interns in their early friendship years. They were so notorious, they were frequently called "the Dynamic Duo", particularly by O'Keeffe and McCartney.

Murry had a similar interaction with the legendary kids' band the Wiggles when he first met them.

"They weren't great chefs and were just too happy for what we were used to. We were so used to dramatic stuff and people who had cares in the world, so we had a lot of insecurities with the Wiggles. I used to get irritated with Jeff Fatt whenever he performed his sleeping act whether he was onstage or not. But he and I sorta got to know each other and now we're pals" said Murry in 1985.

Despite his irritable first impression, Murry remained close friends with Jeff Fatt and kept in touch with him up until his death in 1989.

The Three Warriors:

Murry is best known as the junior member of the Three Warriors. He recalled his Warrior days very fondly.

"Calvin, Sam and I were just great. We just put on our uniforms and went out there whenever we saw the opportunity. It was a blast" said Murry in 1976.

The Three never went anywhere without each other; not even when Murry's mother passed away.

During the funeral of Kate Murry, Charles spent his famous five hours in a coffin which led to an unredeemable fear of tight spaces.

"I'm extremely claustrophobic because I spent five hours in a coffin. My friends and I were playing hide and seek after my mother's funeral. I hid in a coffin and the preachers didn't see me and locked me in. That was something I will never be able to erase from my memory" said Murry in 1977.

The Three Warriors themselves claimed that their bravery might have been the reason they remained friends with a Strange Love Syndrome stricken Paul McCartney after his frequent psychic breakdowns and breakup with Murry's sister Meg.

When asked what his greatest success was, Murry replied that it was helping his sister get together with British musician Chad Stuart.

"When I first met Chad, I immediately saw that he had more potential in his pinky than Meg did in her whole body. Don't get me wrong, I always counted on Meg, but she was getting really depressed with her life at that point. Chad was going through something really similar, but he was holding it together. And just watching him being so patient with my closed off, emotional sister, I immediately said... this is her guy. So I encouraged her to get her mind off her previous breakup and get to know him more. Meg didn't think she was ready, but she did and now she's married to the guy. I still think I'm extremely fortunate to have a guy like Chad for a brother-in-law" said Murry in 1987.

When Murry's sister married Chad Stuart, Murry himself became roommates with Stuart's partner in song, Jeremy Clyde.

"I wanted to stay close to Meg after she got married because I was still pretty young. Jeremy, being the loyal man that he is, jumped right in and said I'd be living with him. It was really great living with him because he's just a comforting presence. He and I are still very dear friends" said Murry in 1988.

Due to their longtime close friendship, Murry named one of his children after Clyde.

The Alan Brady Show:

All of his friends had gotten big jobs, which motivated Murry to get his own at a young age.

He was ten years old, but he got a job in New Rochelle New York as a screenwriter on the popular variety show The Alan Brady Show

Famously, his first project on the show was helping the vocal duo Sam & Robin make its debut.

"I had already asked Chad and Jill [McCartney, nee Gibson] to perform. And neither of them liked the idea. Chad didn't wanna be seen with his ex-wife because he was married to my sister and Jill was always scared of performing. She wouldn't do it unless Sam was encouraging her in some way. Sam was up for it and she recruited Dick [Grayson] and got on the stage and made her debut with him. I'm very proud that I was able to help my best friend become this successful" said Murry in 1990.

Murry also remained close friends with fellow screenwriter Rob Petrie. Their families were well-connected and friendly with each other.

Later life and death:

Murry was married to Paul McCartney's first daughter Heather in 1980. They had four children: Oliver (1981-1984), Patricia, Jeremy and Freida (1983-1989).

After the assassination of John Lennon in 1980, Murry was the first to rush to Yoko Ono's side. He never cared for her before, but he knew she needed someone.

"When I first met Yoko, she was the only thing John cared about. He'd basically forgotten how close he and I were and I never forgave Yoko for that. But now that John's been killed, I have to forgive her because she lost the love of her life and I lost one of my best pals. So she and I are friends now" said Murry in 1982.

Murry worked as a flight attendant for three years after The Alan Brady Show was cancelled.

After those three years, Murry started his own business designing sweater vests, his favorite article of clothing.

His designs were all the rage, but a man named Hannes McStrothe hated them and insecurely decided to do something about it.

McStrothe snuck into the clothing store Murry was working at and stabbed him in the back with a knife.

Murry died in his home after finding he couldn't be saved from the wound.

He is still missed by his fans and all who knew him. Including his screenwriting mate, Rob Petrie.

"He was a hilarious boy. Mostly because it was unbelievable how a ten-year-old understood how screenwriting worked. He was just a joy to be around. I'm really gonna miss that fella" said Petrie in 1992.
