Shasta's P.O.V.
I was fast asleep in Xavier's strong arms memorizing the moment trying to enjoy every bit of it but that wasn't until I heard a loud paining scream coming from outside of the room. I quickly sat up knowing that it was Rose, well because she's probably the main person out of all of us to scream at such a high intensity. I wait and listen but to hear coughing and with my great hearing, it sounded like it's from the torture room's direction. I jump out of bed, with Xavier trailing behind me, and dashed towards the noise.
"Rose" I exclaim while hurling towards her weak body. I immediately start to cry while caressing her, what did he do to her. I look up to see Cason beating the crap out of Casper, I slightly chuckle at the seen. I look down and see Rose struggling for air, I become more worried not knowing what to do, Her eyes slowly fluttering, struggling to stay open.
"Stay with me Rose, c-come on stay with me, please, p-please, stay with me, d-don't leave me here" I cry while pulling her closer towards me. It was as if everything went away and it was just me and her for a long second but that wasn't until I felt arms slowly wrap around my waist pulling me away from her, but of course I fought back. Rose's hand, slightly shacking, reaches up to my face and slowly falls, along with the rest of her body, to the floor unconscious. The arms still tugging at me as I reach for her unconscious body but they finally pry me off her, While I am kicking and screaming trying to grab a hold of her while at the same time trying to get out of his grip. Ben runs up to Rose, trying to wake her but to only notice that she wasn't awake, he puts his ear up to chest to listen for a heart beat, I couldn't read his expression, yet then again I was screaming trying to get out of...Scott's?... grip.
"Let me go, let me go, let me go" I scream like a child throwing a tantrum. Cason, after knocking out Casper, walks up to me.
"Calm down Shasta she's alive no ne-" he was cut off by me scratching his face with my finger nails, making him then slapping me back into reality. I glance over to my right to see Casper passed out on the ground with a blood covered face, he deserved it I bet. Cason then storms out with Winter to return and help Ben carry Rose into a much more suitable place to aid her back to,hopefully, conscious. Next Xavier walks in and takes me out of Scott's grip and carries me back to the room. Out of the corner of my eye I see Scott shaking Casper awake and helping him limp back to his room. Right before I am put into Xavier's room I catch a glance of Rose being carried to Ben's room instead of our room that we share.
