After they left you stared out the window for awhile. You could hear birds in the distance, it calmed you down. You were still beyond confused but it was a relief to hear something familiar to you.. you looked up at the sky, there was a  flock of crows flying overhead.

Once you got back into bed you tried forcing yourself to remember anything about yourself other than your first name, but all that got you was a headache.. you gave up trying to remember who you were and decided to come up with a plan

A plan to sneak out.

You looked out the window again, this time instead of a flock of crows there was a little girl, her dark hair was brushed and parted down the middle with each side held in by a pink butterfly wing hair clip.. she noticed you staring and dropped to the ground with a thud.

You sat up, shocked as she and two other girls the same age as her dressed in white dresses could be seen fleeing from the window. You blinked as if you were seeing things but you could still see them running across the yard and into a different entrance to the house you were inside right now.

You leaned your head into the pillow behind it, your eyes drifted from one side of the room to the other until it was dark.

When you opened your eyes again there was a girl around your age, she had dark hair and bangs.. her face was pretty but she seemed worried..

“I-I haven't seen them since Friday... I mean, I left a bracelet at their house and I called them to ask  if they could grab it and bring it to school Monday..” her eyes were red and her face was stained with tears..

You reached your hand out, she felt familiar...but you couldn't remember her.

“Lori..?”

You opened your eyes again, this time you were back in the one-window medicine room... standing over you was the nurse lady.. she looked at you, she seemed confused but she still smiled.

“Who's Lori?” she asked, grabbing a syringe from a drawer at the far end of the cabinet. You blinked, your eyes were wet and tears were on the verge of falling, you rubbed them away confused.

“Who?” you asked looking up at her.. “Lori, you said that while you were sleeping...” she smiled before grabbing you arm.. you pulled away instinctively. Her smile wavered before she regained her composure “I have to give you this dear, it will help you to speak and walk more fluently..” she smiled grabbing your arm again, you didn't pull away since you weren't paying much attention..

“Who is Lori..?”

Flashes of a girl with black hair intruded your thoughts as you tried to remember what you were dreaming about..
