Before everything faded to black..

“Please come home..”

When you woke up.. you where back in medical room.

You sat up, your head ached badly.. “Jeez..” you craned your neck to the window.. it was night.

“great..” you muttered, you lifted your hand to your head.. a bandage wrap was wrapped underneath your neck and around the front of your head, you picked at it annoyingly.

You struggled to get up at first, but after a second attempt you got used to standing.. the window was cracked open slightly, outside you could hear crickets chirping.

“How long was I asleep..?” you asked to no one.

“a week.”
A voice from the other side of the room said.

You looked back to see a man with a wrap across his face, you remembered seeing him before.

“How long have you been there.” you asked, creeped out by him.

He had yellow and blue monochromatic eyes, both glared at you like you were a waste of space.

“The whole time, you talk to yourself a lot don't you?” he replied sarcastically, you glanced at him before turning to face him..

“The real question is, why where you in here watching me..?” you asked, creeped out even more.

“Mitsuri asked me to check on you while she left for a mission.” he stated plainly, as if watching you while you slept wasn't a big deal..

The both of you stared at eachother for a long time, not speaking.

“Are you going to leave..?” you asked, looking back out the window..

“No.” he said quickly before going quiet again.. you looked back at him, “What do you mean ‘No’?” you asked, getting even more creeped out.. “I mean excactly what I said... no.” he paused before petting the snake that was wrapped around his neck, you didn't realize it was there until it started staring at you with it's red eyes..

“Okay.. but why won't you leave?” you asked, “I already told you, Mitsuri told me to make sure you where okay.” he glared, you didn't speak.

“Well, I'm okay..” you muttered, looking at the snake wrapped around his neck.

“What's it's name..?” you asked, realizing he didn't plan to leave any time soon. He didn't answer for a long time, you realized it was pointless talking to him..

“Kaburamaru.”

“Nice name for a snake..” you said sitting down on the bed behind you.

“If you're not going to leave me alone.. how about we talk?”

I know this chapter is so random, but I have no requests on my oneshot book and am dying of boredom.
