Master Ubuyashiki..

You stood there awkwardly, you could feel eyes on you from the other bowing people..

You bowed awkwardly, trying to imitate the same way the others where doing.. you stared at the ground while the others began to stand up straight..

"Now, why I called you here.."

You stood up straight, a sudden sharp pain hit your gut like a ton of brick. You coughed, leaning over into yourself.. you wiped your face off with the backside of your palm, you looked at your hand for a second before realizing the others were staring at you.

More specifically your hand.

You looked back down and saw something you didn't see before.. on your hand,

Was blood.

Shinobu looked at you worriedly as you tried to wipe it off on your clothes, you smiled trying to get them to stop looking at you.. they didn't. “As I was saying, There is a demon.. possible an upper or lower moon on Mount Natagumo,” Master Ubuyashiki spoke again, regaining the attention of the the people beside you.

“Many demon slayers have been sent there and haven't returned..” he continued, his smile wavered at the thought of those slayers being dead.. you looked at Shinobu even more confused then when she had tried to explain it to you.. she nodded to you in acknowledgment but said nothing.

“I need atleast two Hashira to investigate..any volunteers?” he said smiling again, a hand went up near the end of the row.. a man's.

He had dark hair, which was tied into a ponytail. He wore a mismatched haori with solid red on one side and a yellow and green pattern on the other..

Shinobu raised her hand almost instantly when she saw the man had raised his.. a woman leaned over into Master Ubuyashiki's ear, whispering something.

“Thank you for volunteering Shinobu and Tomioka..” he smiled again, and you wondered vaguely why everyone here smiled all the time..

“As of right now the Hashira meeting has ended, Tomioka..Shinobu good luck on your mission.” Master Ubuyashiki spoke again, letting the others leave. You stood confused as Shinobu looked up at you again, “Master,” Shinobu spoke looking back at the man.. “if you may, can you explain to my patient here the existence of demons? I thought it would be best coming from you..” she spoke bowing her head slightly out of respect.

“Of Course Shinobu,” he nodded his head, Shinobu smiled at you before walking off to follow her partner.

   “Come now...my child, there's much to explain.”

He stood up, leaning over slightly as his wife held him gingerly

“explain..?” you looked over to see someone sitting in a tree, a man..with a snake.

“Yes, there is much to the existence of the Demon Slayer Corps..” he said, gesturing you to come closer..

You spoke again, your throat still hurts when you talked but not as badly..

“Slayers..?” you said confused as you walked forward..

He smiled opening his mouth to start explaining.

“A man, the reason for the creation of the Demon Slayer Corps.” he paused, his face suddenly grim..

“Muzan Kibutsuji.”
