Y/n is working at the shop with Delia while Melinda is finding out information about a ghost she encountered.
Y/n is putting things away on shelves when she hears the front door bell ring telling her a customer is there and Delia is in the basement organizing inventory.
"Hello how can I help you today?" Y/n asks still putting things away.
"I came to see you"
Y/n hears looking at the door to see Cole smiling.
"Cole what do you want?" Y/n asks sighing.
"Y/n I'm sorry for how I reacted to your ability I was being stupid and I'm sorry" Cole says sadly.
"Cole you left me at the lake at 9pm alone to find my way home in the rain you also called me crazy" Y/n says sadly.
"I know and I'm so sorry" Cole says.
"You were the only one I told at the time, it took lots of courage, I cared and trusted you enough to risk telling you part of who I am" Y/n says sighing.
"I can't trust people easily anymore because of you, I thought you loved me but all you did was break my heart" Y/n says with a tear rolling down her cheek.
"I do love you and I'm so sorry I will do anything to get you to forgive me" Cole says with pleading eyes.
"No Cole I want you to leave this town and go back, I will forgive you but only so I can move on, if you loved me you wouldn't have left me there in the rain crying in the dark alone" Y/n says looking at Cole with a sad look.
"Y/n but-" Cole starts but Y/n cuts him off.
"Cole I need to move on and so do you, we were together for two years which was a long time and I got over you so please just leave" Y/n says with a pleading look.
"I need your help I have a ghost situation" Cole says whispering.
"Now you'll know how I feel hearing them, feeling them, and dreaming about them everyday" Y/n says going back to putting things away.
"Fine Y/n I'll leave if that's what you want" Cole says hoping Y/n will stop him from leaving.
"It is what I want, bye Cole" Y/n says with tears rolling down her cheeks.
Cole comes closer to Y/n seeing her tears and wipes them away as he looks at her with a sad look.
"I'm going to miss you" Cole says holding Y/n's cheeks in his hands looking down at her.
"These past months without you made me realize that I screwed up" Cole says smiling sadly at Y/n.
"I'll miss you too" Y/n says looking up at Cole with a sad smile.
"I care about you so stay safe" Cole says.
"Thanks you too" Y/n says.
Cole let's go of Y/n's cheeks looking down at her wiping the few tears rolling down her cheeks away and kissing her forehead as a goodbye before stepping away and waving goodbye leaving.
Y/n watches her ex boyfriend Cole leave for good with a sad look on her face remembering everything they did together and that she was with him for two years of her life. Y/n is glad he's gone from the pain he caused her but also upset from the happiness he gave her.
