Y/n is asleep in the hospital room when she wakes up hearing a noise.
She looks around standing on the cold tile floor with her Iv bag rolled in her hand, she walks towards the door where she hears voices.
"Hello!" she calls confused.
"Mel! Jim! Ned!" she calls walking further down the hall.
She sees a woman standing still at the end of the hallway.
"Hello!" she calls towards the woman.
The whisperers get louder around Y/n as she covers her ears trying to call out to the woman.
She continues to walk trying to ignore the whisperers and screams she hears.
"You fell" the woman says with no emotion.
"I fell?" Y/n asks confused.
"The clock is now ticking" the woman says.
A loud ticking noise can be heard.
"You are different, you see the Shadows and the Shinies, it's your power to help the Lost Souls" the woman says nodding.
"The lost souls? What's that?" Y/n asks confused.
"The souls that the Shadows are trying to take, it's your abilities that will save their souls and help them ascend into the light" she says.
"I thought that's what Melinda does?" Y/n asks confused.
"She helps the deceased, you will be helping them save their souls" she says.
Y/n looks down thinking about how much responsibility this is.
"Who are you?" Y/n asks looking at the woman unsure.
"I'm a person whose soul was saved" she says smiling.
"How?" Y/n asks confused.
"There is nobody quite like you, but there are others who share parts of your abilities" she says starting to disappear.
"Wait! It's not just me, Eli and Melinda?" Y/n calls out happily.
"No, your answer is found in the town" she says.
"I don't understand" Y/n says panicked.
"What you are searching for is found in the town" the woman says.
The woman disappears completely leaving a confused and scared Y/n behind.
Melinda is sitting at Y/n's bedside when Y/n shoots out of bed panicked.
Melinda rushes over hugging her tightly.
"Oh my god Y/n" Melinda says crying smiling holding her.
"I was so worried" Melinda says hugging her tightly.
Melinda lets go of Y/n and calls everyone into the room.
Ned rushes in quickly seeing Y/n sitting up in the hospital bed smiling.
"Thank god" Ned says kissing Y/n passionately.
Y/n pulls away looking at everyone embarrassed.
"Hey Kiddo" Jim says hugging her.
"Hey Old man" she says back laughing.
Jim smiles laughing.
Aiden climbs onto the bed with Y/n.
"Aiden" Melinda warns concerned.
"It's okay Mel he can come up" Y/n says grabbing Aiden carefully not wanting to pull the Iv out that she has on.
"Hey Buddy" Y/n says hugging Aiden.
He looks at her worried.
"The Shinies told me you're going to help" Aiden says smiling.
Everyone looks at Aiden confused.
Eli rushes into the hospital room frantically.
"The clock is ticking" he says opening the book.
Melinda reads the book and looks at Y/n worried.
Y/n looks at the book seeing a clock face.
The words underneath say she has three days.
"I need to find them" she says to herself quietly.
"Find who?" Eli asks confused.
"There are others just like us" she says pointing at herself, Eli and Melinda.
"Their are?" Melinda asks confused.
"Yes I was visited by a ghost in my dreams who told me there are people who can do what we do" she says sighing quietly.
"How will we find them?" Eli asks.
"She gave me a clue" she says nodding.
"The answer I seek is in town" she says remembering the clue.
"In town?" Ned repeats trying to solve it.
"The town square!" Jim says excitedly.
"Yeah the town square" she says smiling.
