The school day had ended and Jasmine needed to go see someone about her gigai, "i'll see everyone later" she said about to walk away, "wait, you need to come see where your new home is" Orihime said, "I'll be five minutes, meet me at the park" Jasmine said rolling her eyes and walking away. She arrived at Kisuke's shop and walked inside, "Kisuke?" she called out to him, "well well, if it isn't my favorite customer, what can I do for you Jasmine?" he asked, "I need a new gigai, this one is getting warn out" she said rubbing her chest, "can't do that I'm afraid, that was the only one I had left" he said and Jasmine rolled her eyes and sighed. "It's hard to get out of this when I need to" Jasmine said, "I thought you gave up being a Soul Reaper?" Kisuke asked, "doesn't hurt to be careful, thanks for nothing" she sighed and walked out the shop. "Jasmine wait" he said and she stopped, "you know they will find you one day, I know for a fact your Brother won't stop until he finds you" he said, Jasmine sighed and walked away. 

Meanwhile Orihime and Ichigo were waiting for Jasmine at the park, "do you think she is coming?" Orihime asked him, "I don't know, I don't get why she won't let us help her" he said looking around to see if he could spot her anywhere. "Well she hardly knows us, maybe we came on too strong and scared her" she said worried, "I don't think she gets scared" Ichigo said, but their worry was cut short when they saw her walking towards them, but she had a bag in each hand, "Jasmine! We were getting worried" Orihime said going to hug her but Jasmine panciked, "don't hug me!" she said and Orihime backed off shocked, "I just have a thing about hugging people ever since....I just don't do hugs" Jasmine said looking down, "what's in the bags" Ichigo asked, "food, I thought I would cook" Jasmine said holding the bags up, "how much did all that cost?" Orihime asked, "cost?" Jasmine asked confused, "yeah, how much money did you spend" Ichigo asked, "I needed money?" Jasmine asked confused, "Jasmine just explain what you did to get the food" Ichigo sighed putting a hand on his forehead, "after I finished seeing who I needed to see, I walked by a building that had food in and saw people taking it, so I took some too" Jasmine explained, "oh Jasmine, they were going to buy that food" Orihime said giggling, "I don't have money though" Jasmine said, "ok, just next time we will pay for the food" Ichigo said shaking his head while Jasmine rolled her eyes. 

The three of them arrived at Orihime's home, she opened the door and they walked inside. "Welcome home Jasmine" Orihime said, Jasmine looked around and she thought it looked nice and homely. "It's nice" Jasmine said nodding, "if you want to starting making food, kitchen is over there" Orihime said pointing to the next room, "Ichigo, are you staying for dinner?" Orihime asked, Jasmine looked at Ichigo, and too her surprise he was looking at her, and it made her feel different. "I should be getting back, my sister probably has dinner ready, see you girls tomorrow" he said left, but not without giving Jasmine a smile, and this made her blush. "I'm gonna make dinner" Jasmine quickly said and went to the kitchen. 

"Jasmine that was amazing" Orihime said finishing off her food, "thanks" Jasmine said taking the dishes into the kitchen. "I better show you to your room, come with me" she said and Jasmine followed her, "here you go, I even made the bed for you" she said, "thank you Orihime, this was very nice of you," Jasmine said, and for the first time in a long time, Jasmine had a small smile on her face. "Goodnight Jasmine" Orihime said, "Goodnight Orihime" Jasmine said and she watched Orihime leave the room. Jasmine sat on the bed and felt how soft the sheets were with her hand, "am I doing the right thing Kaien?" she asked herself, "god if you were here, you'd tell me to go back home and stop being stupid, but how can I be there without you?" she said as tears fell down her cheek, not realizing that Orihime herd her outside of the door, and sadness overwhelmed her.  

"Jasmine, time to wake up" Orihime said knocking on Jasmine's bedroom door, "coming" Jasmine said and she opened the door, "are you ready for school?" Orihime asked, "I guess" Jasmine said shrugging, Orihime giggled and they both left and walked their way to school. "So how did you sleep last night?" Orihime asked, "the bed is comfy, better than sleeping in a tree, so thank you Orihime" Jasmine said looking down as she walked, "no need to thank me Jasmine, I was happy to help" she said and Jasmine turned her face a bit to hide the smile that appeared. They reached the school and went into the classroom where their first class would be, and they saw Ichigo sitting at his desk and his friends surrounding him, Orihime was busy talking to Tatsuki, so she thought she would make an effort and go say hi to him. "Do you need help repairing your home?" she herd Chad ask him, "repairing your home? What happened" she asked Ichigo confused, "a truck drove through my home" he said scratching the back of his neck, "was anyone hurt?" she asked feeling a bit confused, "no, we are all fine" Ichigo said avoiding eye contact, "so a truck crashed through your house, and no one was hurt," Jasmine asked, and Ichigo could see she knew something was up. The truth was a hollow attacked his home, and a Soul Reaper got hurt helping him, so they transferred their powers into Ichigo to help save his family, he couldn't tell anyone the truth, but he knew Jasmine was suspicious of his story. Ichigo was about to say something to Jasmine, but was interrupted, "hello, your Ichigo aren't you?" she asked, Jasmine looked up from Ichigo to see who it was, and her eyes widened with shock, "Rukia?" she asked, and Rukia only just realized that her sister was standing in front of Ichigo, "Jasmine" she said shocked as well. Then even Ichigo panicked at seeing Rukia, "wait how do you know Rukia?" Jasmine asked him, "how do You know her?" Ichigo asked Jasmine, "Jasmine is my-" Rukia began, "old friend" Jasmine said staring her down to shut her up. "Rukia come with me" Jasmine said in a serious tone and she followed her outside. 

"What are you doing here Rukia, how did you find me?" Jasmine asked her getting angry, "I didn't know you were here, I was stationed here because hollows have been showing up more than usual here" Rukia explained, "how come none of us can sense your spiritual pressure?" Rukia asked, "Kisuke made me a gigai that hides it, and now I'm thinking he didn't mention it works to other way too, I haven't sensed a single hollow" Jasmine said getting frustrated. "Jasmine, have you been here since you ran away?" Rukia asked looking upset, "yes I have" Jasmine sighed, "why, why did you leave?" she asked as a tear fell, "I couldn't take living there without Kaien, he meant the world to me and I was suffering without him, I had to leave" Jasmine explained, "Byakuya still looks for you" Rukia said, and Jasmine was surprised, "you can't tell him I'm here Rukia" Jasmine warned her, "why not, your his sister he needs to know your ok" Rukia argued, "and if he finds out where I am he will take me back to the Soul Society, I can't go back there Rukia, I won't" Jasmine said, and Rukia understood, "ok," Rukia said, and all of a sudden, she ran towards Jasmine and hugged her, Jasmine was shocked at first, but she calmed down when Rukia spoke, "I'm sorry, I've just missed you so much, the Soul Society isn't the same without you Jasmine," she said, "Rukia" Jasmine sighed. "Look we can have this conversation later, but you have to tell me, how does Ichigo know you" Jasmine asked gently putting her at arms length and looking into her eyes, and Rukia was afraid to tell her.
