"YOU WHAT!" Jasmine yelled when Rukia told her what happened with Ichigo, "I had to, I had no choice" Rukia said, "Rukia, do you know what you have done, he doesn't know anything about being a Soul Reaper, or the responsibility" Jasmine said panicking, "how much power did you give him" Jasmine asked, "I don't know how, but he took nearly all of it" Rukia said, "so you have nothing?" Jasmine asked, "oh no Rukia" Jasmine said putting her head in her hands. "If we are asking questions, why are you friends with Ichigo, isn't that dangerous" Rukia, "because him and his friends were kind enough to help me, I was homeless here and his friend is letting me stay with her, and now this is his thanks" Jasmine said panicking, "right I'm going to sort this" Jasmine said going back inside and seeing Ichigo still sitting at his desk. She went over and grabbed his ear and dragged him out the room, "hey! What the hell are you doing that hurts!" he yelled in pain, Jasmine had him outside where Rukia was and threw him to the floor. "What the hell was that for!" he yelled standing up and stomping over to Jasmine, "shut up" she said. Ichigo then clocked on as to what was happening, "don't tell me your like Rukia" Ichigo said surprised, "no I'm not, I'm human," Jasmine said, and Rukia was shocked she didn't tell him the truth, "then how do you know her Jasmine!" Ichigo yelled, "I am just an expert on Soul Reapers, Rukia comes to me when she needs something" Jasmine explained, "so your human?" Ichigo asked and Jasmine nodded, "if I was a Soul Reaper would I have been homeless?" Jasmine said to him, and Ichigo believed her. 

"Anyway weren't you supposed to be going back to that Soul Society place?" Ichigo said turning to Rukia, "I can't, only Soul Reapers can go back to the Soul Society, I haven't got the power to return their anymore," Rukia said looking at Jasmine ashamed. "What do you mean?" Ichigo asked her but Jasmine interrupted, "let me look at your gigai" Jasmine said going over to her and checking it's alright for her to use, "what's a gigai" Ichigo asked confused, "it's a temporary body that serves as a vessel in a emergency for Soul Reapers, if a Soul Reaper is weakened they use a gigai until their powers come back" Jasmine explained as she looked over Rukia. "So that's why others can see her?" Ichigo asked and Jasmine nodded. "Seems fine Rukia" Jasmine said rubbing her face, "and until her powers come back Ichigo, your filling in for her" Jasmine said to him, and Ichigo was shcocked, "what, no way" Ichigo said and this made Jasmine angry, "excuse me" she said, "my monster fighting days are over, it was a one time deal" Ichigo said, "don't be ridiculous Ichigo you did just fine yesterday" Rukia said to him, "that's because my family was in danger, I'm not gonna go fight for complete strangers or anything, sorry to disappoint" he said walking away, and Jasmine had enough. "I'm guessing you have one" Jasmine sighed, and Rukia gave her a red glove with a symbol on it, "I hope you know I'm about to change this boys life, and he will be your responsibility" Jasmine said putting it on, "yes Jasmine, I understand" Rukia said looking down. "Ichigo" Jasmine called out to him, but as soon as he turned around he saw her bolting towards him, and her hand reached up to his forehead, he then saw his body fall to the ground and he was in his Soul Reaper form, "ahhh crap what did you do?" he said pointing to his other body panicking, "follow me" Jasmine sighed and started to walk away, "I'd listen to her Ichigo, you don't want to see her angry" Rukia said, Ichigo then quickly followed. 

"Rukia find me a hollow" Jasmine ordered as the three of them were walking, Rukia pulled out a phone and tracked one straight away, "we're getting close" Rukia said, "close to what" Ichigo asked annoyed, "it looks like a spirit of a boy that dwells here in this park is likely to come under attack soon" Rukia said, then they herd screaming from the distance, they looked and saw the boy being chased by a hollow. Ichigo was quick to react and started to run for him, but Jasmine had other plans, "hold on!" she yelled, and he stopped, "just what do you think your doing? That boy is a stranger" Jasmine said, and Rukia knew what she was doing, "so what! I can't just stand by and let this happen, you expect me to watch him die!?" Ichigo yelled at her, "don't be such a fool!" Jasmine yelled back and Ichigo was surprised at her out burst, he didn't think she had this side to her, he then saw her become more serious, "in the eyes of a Soul Reaper all the spirits of this world are equal, getting involved simply because spirits are near by and they need help isn't how it works" Jasmine said, and the boy yelled again and Ichigo turned to look at him, and saw he needed help now, "leave him be!" Jasmine yelled, "if you intend to help this child, then commit yourself to saving every spirit, you must be willing to go to any length, even to sacrifice your own life" Jasmine said, and Ichigo  didn't know what to do, but he saw the child fall over, and the hollow was about to stirke him, and Ichigo made his choice. 

Suddenly a part of the hollows body was cut off and thrown to the ground, and it disappeared, "have you made your decision?" Rukia asked him from behind Jasmine, "like hell I have" Ichigo said, and only Rukia reacted to what he said, "I haven't decided to do squat, I saved this kid because I wanted to, what about you Rukia" he said turning to face her, "I seem to remember you putting your life on the line to save me last night, so tell me Jasmine, was she really thinking about her duty when she rushed to help me? Of course not that's the last thing on your mind when you save someone" he said looking straight into Jasmine's blue eyes, then she saw the hollow re-appear again, and it was heading towards Ichigo, "at the very least I choose, to be different" he said and finished of the hollow, slicing his zanpakuto through the head breaking the mask. Ichigo saw the kid sit up from the ground and he went over to him, "you ok?" he asked him, the boy saw and him and jumped at his presence, "hey kid, if you don't wanna go through that again then hurry up and pass on" Ichigo said, using the end of his zanpakuto and placing it on his forehead, sending him to the Soul Society. 

"So what do you think?" Rukia asked Jasmine quietly so he wouldn't hear, "he will do" Jasmine said not taking her eyes of Ichigo. "I'm gone" Ichigo said and walked away, "why didn't you tell him your a Soul Reaper too" Rukia asked, "because there is no point, I can't leave my gigai" Jasmine said, "why not?" Rukia asked, "if I do, my spiritual pressure will release all at once, every Soul Reaper will feel it and know where I am" Jasmine explained, "but what if I need your help here, what if Ichigo does?" Rukia asked, "Ichigo will be fine, it's just until you get your powers back, look the less he knows about me, the less I am at risk of being dragged back by Byakuya" Jasmine said, "I understand" Rukia said, "Ichigo can't know who I am, so he is not to know we are sisters, from now on we pretend I'm some sort of guide for Soul Reapers" Jasmine said, and Rukia nodded looking down.
