Jasmine was on her way to see Kisuke as he had something to tell her, she arrived at his doors and walked inside, only to be greeted by Jinta and Ururu, "hey kids, where's Kisuke?" she asked them, "in the back" Jinta said, Jasmine nodded and went to find him, "Kisuke?" she called for him, "over here Jasmine" he said, she saw him stacking boxes and went over, "you wanted a word with me?" she said putting her hands in her pockets, "I know about Ichigo" he said, "and what, I'm only helping him until Rukia's powers come back" Jasmine explained, "and what if the Soul Society finds out" Kisuke asked, "they won't, he's doing just fine" Jasmine said leaning against the wall, "what if your brother finds out Rukia has no powers, you don't think he will come get her, then he will find you" Kisuke said, "I'm handling it, no one will find out" Jasmine said to him, "I hope your right, because if your brother finds out your here, it's not going to end well" he said and Jasmine sighed, "I know" Jasmine said and left the shop.

Jasmine was walking down the streets to get some fresh air, but she turned the corner and found Rukia with Chad, "Rukia, what are you doing here?" she asked her, but then she saw Rukia had blood on her head, "what happened" she said checking her head, "a hollow, Ichigo is fighting it now" Rukia said, that's when Jasmine saw Ichigo's body next to her on the ground, she then saw chad and next to him was a bird in a cage, "hey Chad, nice bird" Jasmine said and Chad nodded at her, "Jasmine there is something you need to know" Rukia began but she was interrupted, "hello miss, it's nice to meet you" she herd a little boy say, but she couldn't see where he was, "who said that" Jasmine said looking around, but then her eyes landed on the bird, "oh god please don't tell me" Jasmine said putting a hand on her head in a panic, "how did a little boys soul get into that bird" Jasmine said kneeling down to the cage, "the hollow Ichigo is fighting, he did this, and made a deal with him" Rukia explained, "what kind of deal" Jasmine said getting up and facing Rukia, "the hollow said that if the boy could run from him for three months, he can bring his mother back to life" Rukia said and Jasmine was shocked, "how did your mother die?" Jasmine asked the boy, "a man, he hurt her" the boy said, and Jasmine put the pieces together, "I have to find Ichigo" Jasmine said running away to find him, "Jasmine wait!" Rukia called for her but she didn't listen. 

"Ichigo!" she yelled for him as she tried to find him, but she can't feel his spiritual pressure with her gigai, "god dam it" she said frustrated. Suddenly she herd a commotion close by, it had to be him, so she ran as fast as she could, as she turned the corner she saw Ichigo finish off the hollow, but she knew what was coming next, "Ichigo move!" she said running up to him and pushing him back as a huge beam of light shot out of the hollow, then a huge gate with skeletons on them rose from the ground and opened up, dragging the hollow inside, "what's happening?" Ichigo said watching the scene in front of him, the doors then closed and disappeared, "those were the gates to the underworld, you were a bit too close to them for my liking" Jasmine said taking her hands of his chest, "the zanpakuto can only wash away sins a soul has committed as a hollow, those who commit terrible crimes while alive go to the underworld" Jasmine explained, "how did you find me?" Ichigo asked, "I bumped into Rukia on my way home, she told me what happened with the boy and the hollow, and I put the pieces together and knew that when you kill him, the gates to the underworld would appear, I just wanted to make sure you weren't to close to them" Jasmine explained and looked away as she blushed a little bit, "you wanted to protect me?" Ichigo asked surprised, "doesn't matter, come on, I need to talk to that little boy" Jasmine said walking away, Ichigo watched her and couldn't quite understand why she was protecting him so much, in some way, it made him feel warm inside that she would do that for him. 

"Rukia" Jasmine said walking up to her Ichigo behind her, "yes Jasmine?" she said, "check if there is any sign of his chain of fate" Jasmine said nodding at the bird, Rukia went over and checked, and by the look on her face, Jasmine knew the answer. "Can we do anything?" Ichigo asked, "no, his chain of fate was severed" Jasmine said looking down, "oh no" the boy said with sadness in his voice, "hey come on" Jasmine said going over and kneeling in front of the cage, she opened it and held her hand out for him to jump on, "the Soul Society is a beautiful place, where you can be at peace, and it's where you can be with your mother" Jasmine explained, and the boys eyes lit up with excitement, "maybe we can't bring her back to life, but she is on the other side waiting for you, and this time, it's really true little one" Jasmine said giving him a warm smile and stroking his cheek, Ichigo watched, and his heart fluttered seeing Jasmine this way. "I want to thank you for everything you have done mister" the boy said to Chad, "hey don't even mention it" Chad said to him, "I guess it's time for me to go now, thank you, thank you everyone" he said as his spirit appeared behind the cage, Jasmine stood up and walked over to Ichigo putting a hand on his arm, "go do your thing" Jasmine said smiling at him, making Ichigo blush a little, he then went over to send the boy to the Soul Society. 

Ichigo was walking Jasmine home that night, and something was playing on his mind, "Jasmine I need to ask you something?" Ichigo said, Jasmine stopped walking and looked up at him, "how do you know so much about all of this" Ichigo asked and Jasmine heart froze, "I just do" Jasmine said, "come on Jasmine, you can see spirits and hollows, and you knew the gates of the underworld would appear, what are you not telling me" he said, Jasmine thought about telling him the truth, but it could risk her brother finding her, "look if I'm going to stay in this town then it's better you don't know, my past is not one to be messed with, all you need to know is I'm going to help you until Rukia gets her powers back, and regarding your question, I'm just an expert with Soul Reapers, like a guide for them" Jasmine explained, "but why would you need to leave, I don't want you to leave" Ichigo said and Jasmine blushed at this, "I don't either, that's why your best not knowing" Jasmine said to him, Ichigo understood and left it at that, the last thing he wanted was for her to leave, and he would do anything to prevent it.
