"Bagal bagal naman mag-update nang ml ko!" I press my palm on my phone due to my irritations. It's already taking me forever for this shitty downloading resources thingy!

I haven't open my account for a while kaya naging ganito. Nang mag bukas naman 'yong ml ko (Mobile Legends) ang daming need i-claim! I manually claimed the rewards and messaged Matt after.

Me: Hi, ano ml mo? laro hehe :)

He messaged immediately.

Matt: Yallo.

Matt: ashusaito

Me: kk :)

When I searched for his name on ml (Mobile Legends), the profile picture was him in a mirror selfie at the bathroom. Damn he's hot! When I finally added him, inaccept niya naman kaagad iyon.

He invited me and I got anxious because of my rank. I was at the epic ranked (The 3rd higher rank in the game). While Matt is at the Mythic stage. (The highest rank in the game.)

I was panicking dahil hindi na yata ako marunong maglaro. We played classic game and when the hero selection came, I browsed over the heroes and chose Angela. Angela is a supporting hero, the doll one. They say Angela users are the "Pick me Girl" vibes pero hindi naman ako pick me Girl.

He used Aamon the assassin. When the game started, he chatted in the game chatbox.

ashusaito: Sama kalang saakin Angela.

My face blushed and typed a message slowly.

Elena^: oki idol

I was moving my thumb finger towards the joystick while moving Angela at my phone. I was just following Aamon towards the jungle and beat the monster buffs. I also forgot to buy the roam equipment kaya nagshare kami ni Matt nang Exp. Nang makabili ako sa shop ng game, nagtype ako ng message sa chatbox.

Elena^: Sorry nakalimutan ko magroam :))

When we reached the half of the game, he messaged at the chatbox of the game.

ashusaito: patong ka sakin.

Patong what?! my face blushed as I thinked I misinterpreted what he have said. But the realization punch my mind immediately. Patong ka saakin with Angela means "Sumapi ka saakin" as a support during clash and Angela gives shield kung kanino man siya sasapi.

Jusko lord! Ang kalat na yata ng utak ko para rito. Iba na yatang patong ang unang naregister sa utak ko. As we have finished the game, Matt was the MVP of the game while I'm in a gold spot. After we played for another 2 games, nagpahinga na rin ako kasi sumakit ulo ko kakalaro.

I remember my brother getting mad at me for taking so long at the grocery store. Iyon pala, kasama ko lang si Matt. Beef steak lang nakuha ko sa ilang oras na iyon habang si kuya Prinze, ang dami na niyang nakuha for the grocery. Silly me!

"Roberta, Prinze!" Grandma called us downstairs. Both of us immediately went down the stairs.

"Yes Grandma?" I asked.

"My patient files are missing, ginalaw niyo ba?" She asked.

I looked at my brother with an intimidated look. To my panic, I shifted my gaze towards Grandma again. "No, why would we do that? I mean...." I stuttered. "'Di ba dapat 'yong secretary mo naghahandle ng files or you?" I say.

"Well yeah but like I asked if you guys have an idea where it is?" she scratched the back of her neck. "I have a patient, an emergency patient." she said in detailed. "Who's admitted at the hospital, it's an emergency so I need to leave now."

"What?!" Me and my brother responded in confusion. "But like you have no clinics on sundays right?"

"I said it's an emergency admission." She snapped. "I have to go, I need to look for the files." When she was about to leave the house, we called her once again.

"But Grandma!" I called.

"I called the hospital and there is no emergency patient who came at the hospital." My brother whispered to me. My jaw dropped by what he have said.

"You what?!" I looked at him with my eyes furrowed. "What do you mean?"

"Grandma what's the patient's name?" I ask but it felt like it's useless. I know it's confidential.

"It's confidential." She says.

"Are you sure?" I whispered at my brother. "Ask the psychiatric ward!" I pushed him a bit.

"I already did and there's no emergency patient for admission!"

"The hell?!" I say. Grandma is getting more suspicious. Why does she have to lie about it then?

"Stop asking too much questions. You don't want to waste my time right?" Grandma said before leaving. She's so irritable!

When Grandma left, I went again to her room but to my surprise, there's a CCTV!

My jaw dropped in confusion. Why the hell would she put a CCTV in her room? tapos nakita pa kami! Oh God!" I closed the door of her room again and told my brother what I saw.

"Bakit ka naman nagpakita?" he tapped his forehead in frustration. "Sa ginagawa mo, ikaw rin nagiging suspicious." he says.

"HELL ASS I DON'T KNOW THERE'S A CCTV!" Ginulo ko ang buhok ko gamit ang dalawa kong kamay.  "Unplug the electricity," I suggested.

"No use," my brother hissed.

"Why?" I asked.

"Narecord na 'yung ginawa mo sa CCTV."

"Fuck!" I throwed a tantrum in my brother's room then left his room na padabog kong sinara ang pinto.

Mission failed again.

Evening came and I was researching about mental health conditions. Baka sakaling may makuha pa akong information about it and sa ginagawa ni Grandma.

I searched for OCD treatment and management. What I searched is something I didn't understand at all. But I wanted to know if Grandma is also doing these kinds of procedure or reffering them instead.

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). The FDA approved a specific device (BrainsWay Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) to treat OCD in adults ages 22 to 68 years, when traditional treatment approaches have not been effective. TMS is a noninvasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of OCD. During a TMS session, an electromagnetic coil is placed against your scalp near your forehead. The electromagnet delivers a magnetic pulse that stimulates nerve cells in your brain.

Deep brain stimulation (DBS). DBS is approved by the FDA to treat OCD in adults age 18 years and older who don't respond to traditional treatment approaches. DBS involves implanting electrodes within certain areas of your brain. These electrodes produce electrical impulses that may help regulate abnormal impulses.

Intensive outpatient and residential treatment programs. Comprehensive treatment programs that emphasize ERP therapy principles may be helpful for people with OCD who struggle with being able to function because of the severity of their symptoms. These programs typically last several weeks.

"Searching for OCD?" My Grandma said. I jumped out from my seat when I saw Grandma was watching what I'm searching at my back!
