Alright so I realize the zombie stuff has gotten very confusing and I wanted to give y'all some explanations in case you're getting a little mixed up because I was definitely having a hard time while writing 😂💛
So there's two types of zombie:
- mindless
- special
All the ones in the beginning were mindless except Kyungsoon and Saem. Mindless is transmitted through bites, special is through injection.
Mindless zombies:
- have no consciousness
- can't speak
- look like zombies all the time (crimson eyes, black veins, probably some gore)
- can't heal—they just aren't phased by injury
- can be controlled by a special (but not through exact attacks, just kill or don't kill)
Special zombies:
- self-healing to the max (like practically immortal)
- conscious and speaking
- look human when not under control
- when controlled, look more like zombies and can be programmed to target specific individuals with specific commands
- controlled by specials
- can control other specials

To clarify, Mingi, Hongjoong, and Felix are all special now like Kyungsoon and Saem, but the others are all mindless.
