I HAVE SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO SAY!!
In this book, the sister spider will be replaced with Killua!!
Back to the story.case,
So apparently, there were other demon slayers like that guy, except they were hiding in order to ambush him. Killua's glad to say their attempt failed.
But now they were chasing him, wanting to rid him from the world.
Killua was much faster than this. Maybe him turning into a demon was holding him back?
Well it didn't matter, because right now, he's running painfully slow.
Killua was going to fight that guy, but once the other demon slayers appeared to miserably fail to ambush him, he knew he was at a disadvantage.
-Going back to old habits, aren't you?- The voice teased him.
-Shut up!!- Killua internally yelled at the voice.
-Why? You're so much stronger than those demon slayers, yet you run all because they've got some puny swords.-
"Shut up!!" Killua gritted through his teeth, knowing the demon slayers were far enough not to hear and because the voice was annoying him.
Soon enough, he reached a house.
-Maybe I could hide here. No, that's too obvious. I'll hide in the woods. But the demon slayers probably aren't dumb. Then should I hide in the house?-
His thoughts were interrupted when he heard a demon slayer's voice behind him call out.
In a swift move, he turned around, sharpened his claws while getting into a fighting stance.
-It's too late to hide. I'll have to fight.- Killua thought to himself, baring his sharp teeth to the demon slayers now surrounding him.
"Just give up you stupid demon." One said.
"Yeah, it's getting kinda annoying having to chase you." Another said.
"Hey, after we kill this demon, let's call it a day and get dinner."
-What?-
"That's a good idea, I'm definitely down." The one who spoke first before said. "But first, we deal with the demon.
-Why are they treating this like a joke?-
"There's another one."
-Huh?-
This seemed to also confuse the demon slayers, as they turned to the guy who was pointing a finger to a demon who was standing at the top of the house.
Killua stole a glance at this unknown demon, but quickly turned his attention back to the slayers as they were his current problem.
"Let's deal with him later, first we gotta kill this one first."
And soon an argument was sprouting.
"Why can't one of us just kill him now?"
"Because he's just a kid! What can he do?"
That's when the demon finally decided to talk.
"Do you need help?"
Killua immediately knew he was talking to him, but why?
As much as Killua hates to admit it, he does need help right now.
Not because he's weak or anything, but because he's at a great disadvantage.
He's never encountered a demon slayer before, which means he doesn't know how strong one averagely is.
"Pfft, and what can you do?" The demon slayer from before laughed.
"I'm not talking to you." The demon simply replied before staring straight into Killua's eyes.
"Do you need help?" He asked again.
Killua drew in a sharp breath before responding. "Please."
"But you must join my family if I were to help you."
"Family? What sh*t you talking about huh?" One slayer sneered at the demon.
-Family? Why does that leave a bittersweet feeling in my mouth? Is it okay to even have a family?-
This thought lingered in his mind.
-I guess I can be a little selfish.-
Killua unnoticeably smiled softly before giving this pale demons his answer. "I will."
"You think this is a joke?" The same demon slayer as before questioned angrily. "You're just a kid, you can't do anything."
Which proved to be a little bit ironic, because the kid raised his hands, strings attached to his fingernails, and killed everyone but Killua.
The cut up slayers fell, and there were multiple lumping noises as they hit the ground while blood splattered everywhere.
Killua's eyes widen as he turned to actually take a good look at the said kid.
"Who are you?" Killua asked in a rather calm voice, relentless of his one second shock before.
The demon didn't answer as he jumped down from the house, landing right in front of Killua.
"My name is Rui." The demon, also known as Rui, said.
"Hmm, I'm Killua."
"Killua..." Rui whispered softly, looking back up to look at Killua with a small smile. "Welcome to the family." He said while moving aside for Killua to see the what was an empty house full of people who looked like Rui.
They all looked at him with expectancy, emptiness, and coldness.
It, reminded him of something but he couldn't quite remember what.
But they also looked at him with remorse and pity. But why?
His question went unanswered as Rui grabbed his hand and lead Killua into the house.
He was lead into a room with a small table and a bowl.
Rui sat at the other side of the table, inviting Killua to sit on the other side.
In which Killua complied, taking a seat while analyzing the room and the two people (or demons) who with him.
That being Rui and a female demon he didn't know the name of.He turned his attention back to Rui, who bit his finger, causing it to bleed, and letting it pour into the bowl.
Once he was done, he handed the bowl to Killua.
"Drink." He told him.
Killua nodded in understanding and looked at the blood inside. It's not like he's never drank a demon's blood before. So why was this different?
With this in mind, Killua closed his eyes and brought the bowl to his mouth, drinking the blood.
Rui smiled as Killua dropped the bowl. His eyes widened as he did not expect the pain.
He didn't scream though, he didn't writhe or gasp in pain.
Instead, he just clawed at his already torn pants, ripping and scratching at his thighs as well.
Although he didn't gasp, he did choke.
Tears formed at the edge of his eyes, not because he was sad or anything, but because his eyes were changing too.
Everything was changing.
Killua closed his eyes, surrendering to the physical pain and passing out.
He should've known what he got himself into.
