Part 19

Sam and Mon were sleeping- cuddling - when Sam's phone started going off. Mon heard it first so she slowly started to shake her wife to make her pick up the phone. Sam was in a deep sleep and did not want to wake up. They had just laid their heads on the pillow a few minutes ago, both were tired and sleepy!

Mon; Sam, pick up the phone. It keeps going off and it's annoying- Mon whispered
Sam; hum hum - Sam just nodded while still sleeping but didn't move an inch! Mon annoyed moved over to Sam and grabbed the phone.
Mon; Jin?
Jin; Hi Mon, I'm sorry to be calling this late but your daughter won't stop crying! She keeps asking for you! I thought it would be good if you could talk to her!
Mon; Oh my poor baby, put her on the phone!
Jin; Okay... - Jin put the phone on speaker so Ariee could hear her mom's voice -
Mon; Ariee, baby. Mommy is here. Can you hear me? - Mon heard her daughter sobbing
Ariee; Mommy! - sobbing - Mommy!
Mon; Baby, mommy will come to get you in the morning - Mon tried to explain but that made her daughter cry more -
Ariee; Mommy! Mommy!
Mon; Jin don't you think I should come get her now?
Jin; it's 3 am Mon. She will go back to sleep soon!
Mon; offer her some milk and I will stay on the phone singing to her! She's used to hearing my voice before going to sleep, that's probably why she's up!
Jin; I got her milk! Sing to her and I will rock her!
Mon started singing the lullaby while Jin rocked Ariee to sleep. At first, the girl didn't want to, she held her blanket that had both of her mommies' scents and just kept crying!
Mon; Jin, it's okay. I can go get her! - worried
Jin; Mon, she's tired and eventually will fall asleep! Remember I have a daughter too! It's okay I got it, just continue singing.
Mon continue singing, in less than twenty minutes Ariee was sleeping in Jin's arms!
Jin; She's sleeping Mon - whispering
Mon; Good! Thank you, Jin! Call me if you need me!
Jin; She will be fine. Go to sleep now! -

Mon hung up the phone and sighed. She turned around to the other side of the bed to put Sam's phone away and found her wife staring at her!
Mon; You are up - she faced Sam and they both started looking at each other!
Sam; hum hum - she got closer to Mon and hugged her - Is Ariee Okay?
Mon; She woke up crying, so Jin needed my help to make her fall asleep!
Sam; poor baby, she was probably confused when she didn't see us there!
Mon; Yes, I feel guilty! Maybe we should've waited a few more weeks!
Sam; She's okay and also we needed this time alone! - she smiled and Mon kissed her cheeks!
Mon; Let's go back to sleep, I'm tired!
Sam; I'm sure you are - she smirked and Mon gently pushed her making her laugh -
Mon; stop it you pervert! It's your fault!
Sam; I will take the fault in these situations, always! - she smiled!

The couple went back to sleep, their little one would be back tomorrow so they needed full energy for her!

Next day...

Ariee; Mama, Mama - Ariee ran to her mama excitedly after entering their house. She jumped on Sam who was waiting for her with her arms open-
Sam; I missed you too, baby - she kissed her daughter while hugging her - Where's Jin?
Jin; I'm here - she entered the house running out of breath - She just ran off when I unbuckled her from the car seat! So much energy! - she sat on the couch breathing heavily - Where's Mon?
Sam; She's finishing up in the shower, she should be here soon!
Jin; How was last night - she smirked while Sam was still hugging Ariee!
Sam; Great!
Jin; That's it? great? - she rolled her eyes at Sam
Sam; My daughter is here Jin, I would hope this conversation you are trying to have stays at this! You dirty mind! -
Jin; We could talk in codes you know - smiles
Sam; No, thanks!
Jin; Hugh! You are so boring! I will ask Mon.
Sam; Isn't your husband waiting for you at home? It's Sunday go enjoy your family!
Jin; I'm mad at him! - sighs -
Sam; When are you not mad at him? That poor man - sighs - I feel bad for Eric!
Jin; and I feel bad for Mon, that poor lady must love you to stay by your side with that moody personality of yours.
Sam; I'm not moody - she pouted and her daughter laughs - Ariee your Autie Jin is a meanie!
Ariee; Titi Jin meanie - she smiles at Jin
Jin; No baby, Your Titi Jin is good! - she smiled at Reeree - Sam stop putting stuff in my niece's head.
Sam; I didn't say anything wrong - smiles
Jin; I could curse you right now but I will keep it to myself, - Sam let out a soft laugh - I'm going home to my beautiful daughter! Tell Mon I will talk to her later! - she stopped up and hugged Ariee - I love you, my sweet girl!
Ariee; Love yuuuu - she smiled -
Jin; Bye Sarocha! - she waved and Sam waved back to her friend while she exited!
Sam; What do you want to do while we wait for your mommy to be ready? - she turned to her daughter smiling!
Ariee; peppa pig - she screamed excitedly
Sam; No screen time honey - Ariee pouted - Don't do that. You know mama is weak and I will give In - Ariee continued pouting - I will let you watch on my phone but as soon as we hear mommy coming downstairs we have to turn it off - Ariee smiled widely. She knew the deal. That was not the first time they had done this. Mon always tried to limit Ariee's screen time and was very firm about it but Sam on the other hand would always fall for her daughter's trick!
Ariee Sat on Sam's lap while holding the phone. She laid her head back on her mama's chest while quietly watching her favorite show! Sam lived having these moments with her!
