We Made It

3.

Liam: 9pm my car will be at the stop sign.

My mum decides on a family movie for the night. We watch The Lorax and for the first time the twins didn't fall asleep. Lottie and Fizzy say they're going out for ice cream with some friends and dad says to be back by midnight. I tell my parents goodnight and head up to my room. I have 10 minutes to meet Liam. I get dressed in black skinny jeans and a tight black shirt. I slip my Adidas on and arrange pillows under my blankets. Mum never comes in to check at most she just opens the door. I grab my phone and open my window. Luckily mine is the only one next to a tree. It's a small skinny one but it does the job. I climb down and walk down the side of the house and walk to the stop sign and get in Liam's car.

"Shit! Louis! Will you give some warning next time?"

I laugh. "You knew I was coming Li."

"In all black seriously? Buckle up."

He makes the drive and after 15 minutes we pull up to the familiar house. Myself I haven't been back since that night. The house is already crowded. People grouped out front talking. We walk in the front door which was wide open. I instantly spotted the blonde haired lad coming towards us.

"Boys! Great to see ya. Drinks in the kitchen. Dancing in the backyard. I think spin the bottle in the lounge. Enjoy."

He walks off going up to a brown haired girl in the lounge. Must be his girlfriend by the way she giggled and is kissing his neck. I turn and Liam is gone already...great. I walk in the kitchen and grab a red cup and scoop some punch into it. Damn! That is more alcohol than punch in this. I choose the backyard because spin the bottle is not my scene. I stand off to the side because I'm not drunk enough for dancing just yet.

Liam is dancing with Danielle. Zayne is here with his girlfriend Perrie. They're both having fun. They didn't screw anything up. Sooner than I expect my glass in empty so I go to refill it. After the second glass I'm feeling a little looser. Unfortunately Eleanor has found me and taken up residence next to me. I go back for drink number three and stumble a but out the door.

"I'm going to dance."

I don't really ask her. I just make the statement. She walks towards where Danielle is but buzzed Louis had a different idea. I fill the cup up for the fourth time and  walk up to the sound system which is on Niall's elevated pool deck.

"OI! OI! OI!" I yell as I change the song catching everyone's attention.

The song I kissed a girl by Katy Perry starts playing. I jump off the deck stumbling a bit as I land but it doesn't stop me from finding Liam in the crowd. I start singing but editing the song as I see fit.

"I KISSED A BOY AND I LIKED IT. THE TASTE OF HIS CHERRY CHAPSTICK. I KISSED A BOY JUST  TO TRY IT..."

I'm grinding into him which is not something  I would  normally do. Liam grabs my shoulders and tries to make eye contact with me. I keep jumping around and grinding into him.

"Louis. Louis hey. Look at me."

"IT'S NOT WHAT GOOD BOYS DO. IT'S NOT HOW WE SHOULD BEHAVE. MY HEAD GETS SO CONFUSED. HARD TO OBEEEEEYYYY!"

He's stopped trying at this point. He let's me go and steps back. Small hands grab onto my waist and I push them off. Eleanor. Why is she so clingy and stubborn?
