"Dream!" George stood up, ready to engulf Dream in a hug, only to be shoved away.

"I know what you did."

"What...?" George asked, confused at his boyfriend's sudden anger.

"He told me that..." Dream sighed, looking away. "You cheated on me." He brought a hand up to his face, wiping away tears. George's face dropped.

"No, it- it wasn't like that, I -" George shakily choked out.

"Don't lie to me, George. I don't wanna see you anymore."

"Dream, please-!" George lunged forward and grabbed Dream's hand. Dream yanked it away.

"Just get out!"

George burst into tears and stumbled out of the door. Dream wasn't supposed to know about this. Nobody was supposed to know. It was all his fault. George kicked a rock and screamed.

I can't be here. George thought, taking a shaky breath. He pulled out his phone and called Sapnap, who happened to live close to the boys' shared home.

"Sapnap, come pick me up."

"Are you crying? What happened?"

"Please just come get me."

"Okay, I'm going. Just give me a second. Where are you?"

"I'm at Dream's house. Please hurry."

"I'll see you soon."

"Bye."

George ended the call and plopped down on the concrete steps. A few minutes later, he heard the familiar sound of Sapnap's car pulling into the driveway. He rolled down his window.

"George, what the hell is going on?"

George stood up.

"Can I stay at your's tonight?" He asked tearfully.  Sapnap unlocked the door, sighing.

"Get in."

George slid into the passenger seat, mournfully looking back at his- no, Dream's house. Sapnap began pulling out of the driveway and making his way back to his home.

"Can you please just tell me what's going on? I'm worried."

"Just ask Dream." George mumbled quietly. "You won't believe me anyway."

"Why wouldn't I believe you?"

"Because it's ridiculous!"

"I really doubt that, George. What are you guys even fighting about? Is it worth all of this?"

"Dream thinks..." George trailed off.

"He thinks... what?"

George hesitated.

"I cheated."

Sapnap slammed on the brakes.

"You WHAT?! What were you thinking?!"

"I don't know, I don't know!" George pushed himself as far away as possible. Sapnap took a breath and attempted to compose himself, not wanting to escalate the situation any further. Clearly George regretted his actions.

"How did it happen?"

"Do you remember when we all went to that party for your birthday?"

"Vaguely." Sapnap grumbled, remembering the events of that night. George had come up to the group and demanded to leave, ruining the night. It took weeks for Sapnap to forgive him for that.

"Dream and I were hanging out together for most of the night until he decided that he wanted to go and talk to a group of his other friends and I didn't want to go, so I stayed behind. There was... a guy. He approached me a while after Dream left. He asked about Dream and asked if I felt jealous that he went off without me and I said yes. That was when he-" George swallowed, trying to pick out the right words for what happened next.

"He grabbed my waist and asked if I wanted to make him jealous too. I didn't know what he meant until he started pulling me away from the crowd. I tried to push him away, but he was insistent so I just let him do it. He took me up to a bedroom and we... had sex."

George turned to face Sapnap, who wore a horrified and tearful expression.

"I'm so sorry-" George started, before being cut off.

"Don't you ever apologize for that, George."

"What- why?"

"Did you say yes to him? Did you say that you wanted him to do that to you?"

"No."

"Then that's rape."

"No, no, no- it's not because I didn't try harder to stop him-"

"George." Sapnap placed his hand on George's shoulder. "You were raped."

George burst into tears again, leaning over to hug Sapnap.

"I wasn't, I wasn't!" George sobbed.

"I'm so sorry I didn't notice sooner." Tears started to trickle down Sapnap's face. How could he be so blind? Everything made sense now. The way George had suddenly distanced himself from his friends, the way he became jumpy and quiet. It was so obvious, but both Sapnap and Dream had missed it. They just thought that George was being dramatic. Nobody thought to ask him what really happened.

"I'm going to make things right." Sapnap said, pulling away from George.

"W-what?"

Sapnap pulled away from the curb and made a U-turn, driving back the way he came.

"I have to talk to Dream."

"No, Sapnap, just leave it! I'm just being dramatic, don't worry-"

"Just let me do this for you."

George quieted down, turning his head to look out the window. Soon, the house came into view. Sapnap parked in the driveway and both boys got out. He banged on the front door. Dream answered a few moments later.

"What is he doing here?" Dream spat. George flinched.

"Just let us in, Dream. We need to talk."

"I'm not letting him in."

"Then let me in. George, wait in the car."

George nodded, walking back down the path. Dream begrudgingly allowed Sapnap inside.

"Did he tell you what he did?" Dream asked.

"Dream, sit down. I have to tell you something."

Dream furrowed his eyebrows, but followed Sapnap's instructions.

"This better be good."

"George didn't cheat on you."

"Oh, did he tell you that?"

"LISTEN to me! He was raped!"

"...what?"

"He didn't tell you because he thinks it's his fault. He told me everything just now. That son of a bitch raped him."

"How...? When?"

"That party. On my birthday."

"Oh God..." Dream put a hand over his mouth. "How didn't I see it?"

"That doesn't matter now, Dream. What matters is that he needs us."

Sapnap turned around and walked out. He opened the passenger door of his car.

"Come inside, George."

George walked inside and was engulfed in a hug from Dream.

"I'm so sorry, George. I'm such an idiot. What happened to you wasn't okay and I'm sorry I didn't even ask you about it. I love you so much."

"I love you too."

George clung to Dream's shirt as if his life depended on it because at that moment, it did.

"I'll never let him touch you again."

"It's going to be okay."
