- Chapter 4 -

Serena's POV

Hmm. Maybe this boy isn't so bad. I mean, he's nice, he's caring, and he's handsome too. We pull up to the cafe.

Ash: "Hey..is that..it is! Hey, Autumn!"

"Huh?" Autumn looks over. "Oh, Hey Ash!"

"Autumn, I didn't know you worked here!"

"Pays the bills, right? Hey, who's this?"

"Oh, right. Autumn, this is Serena. Serena, this is Autumn."

"Hi." We say in unison and we giggle.

"OK. So what can I get you lovebirds?"

My face starts to burn. "Ash and I are just f-friends."

"Mhmm. Surrrre. Anyways, what'll it be?

Ash and I order our food and start eating.

Ash's POV

What Autumn said back there, wasn't true. Were just friends. At least that's what I'm thinking....

"It would be kinda nice if we weren't just friends." I mumble under my breath.

I look up at Serena and see her blush a little bit. I'm thinking SCORE!! Then I snap back to reality and finish my food.

"Well, that was certainly filling." I say to Serena.

"Mhmm." She says with a mouthful of food.

"Geez, Serena! Slow down!" I laugh.

"Wht?" She says as she stares at me with food in her mouth.

We leave the cafe and get in my car.

"So, tell me Serena. What are you into?"

"Ummm. Let's see. I like... Eating, Pokemon, video games...that's pretty much it."

"I have an Xbox at my house. Wanna come play?"

"Sure!"
