chapter 5

a/n so im going to skip the funeral so here ya go

2 months later rachels pov:

its been 2 months. 2 months since shauna's dad's funeral. she hasnt spoke to us. well to tell the truth she barely comes out of her room the only person thats at her house is hayes. there leaving us today. "hey baby" nash said. "morning" i said sadly. "im going to miss you" he said kissing my forehead. "ill miss ya too" i said. "you have such an accent" he said. "actually your in my country so your the one with the accent grier" i said. "ughh how am i gonna live without your comebacks and your accent" he said. "come on love birds we have to collect hayes from shauna's" grainne said coming down the stairs holding on to cam as if it depended on her life. maybe it does. maybe when the boys go back we will just be these freak people with long distance relationships. "come on" nash said going out to the car he rented.

we pulled up to shauna's house. it looks so upsetting i remember having my summers here when i was 5 her mom was alive at that stage and her dad was always home. me shauna and grainne used to be always out the back or on the street creating trouble for our parents. we got out of the car and knocked on the door. "ill get it babe" i heard hayes shout. he came to the door and let us in. shauna came downstairs she looked different and not a good different. she had black bags under her eyes (a/n are they designer ok ok not funny). she looked horrible. "hey guys" she said hoarsly. "hey" we replied. she ran and hugged me and grainne. "i missed ye" she said into our necks. "We missed you too" me and grainne said. "we better get going if we dont want to miss our flight" hayes said. "amm ok we will see ya whenever" i said to nash. "love you" he said. "love you too" i replied. shauna and grainne were saying there goodbye to hayes and cam. shauna kissed hayes. "bye call me if you need me" he said to her. she nodded.

"bye nash" shauna said hugging him. "bye shauna dont worry things will get better" he said looking down at her. its funny to see your bestfriend breaking in front of you and no matter what you do you cant say anything to fix her.

its been atleast 6 hours since the boys left. we were watching movies. i got a text.

from nashty bae:

we landed there two hours ago its just we had to do a few errands.

to nashty bae:

"they landed" i said. "ya i know cam texted"grainne said. "did hayes text" i asked shauna. "amm no he didnt" she said looking like she was going to cry. "whats happened" grainne asked. "look at his latest picture on instagram" she said.

i opened the app and went into hayes's page. his latest picture was of him kissing a girl the caption said "back with my girlfriend dont know how i spent 3 months from her and yes im telling my fans. ye deserve to know". "oh my im so sorry shauna" i said hugging her. "its not the worst thing that happened to me" she said shrugging. how could he do that to her.

"ye can stay tonight if ye want" she said. "sure do you want to get pizza" i asked. "ye can im not hungry" she said. wait did shauna just turn down food. "hey guys im going to go ring hayes" she said sadly. "to break it off" i asked. "ya" she replied.

shauna's pov:

i rang hayes he picked up after a few rings. "hey baby" he said. "hey hayes im sorry but im breaking up with you" i said. "what why" he said suprised. "youre forgetting im a fan a fan that follows all your posts hoped you had fun with me for the last 3 months you missed your girlfriend" i shouted down the fun. "im sorry shauna i do really like you. "he said. "save it hayes" i said and hung up.

rachel's pov:

i heard shauna shouting down the phone.i hope shes okay how could he do that to her. she came out her room. "so do you want to watch some tv" she asked. "sure come on" i said.

for the rest of the night we goofed around watching tv eating popcorn, sweets and having the laugh. "were going to have to do so much excersise to get ready for summer" grainne said laughing. "excersise ewwwwwwwww" shauna shouted. i guess all she needed to get back to herself was a night with her girls which she got tonight. "ya excersise you know that thing called losing wait" i said. "nope never heard of it" she said popping the "p". grainne looked at her phone and her eyes started watering. "what happened grainne" shauna asked. "cam. he just broke up with me over text" she said crying. "oh my god grainne" shauna said running over hugging her. is my boy the only boy thats not gonna hurt me. i checked my phone. nope im grand. "come on grans it will get better he didnt deserve you if he dumped you over text not even the a phone call like come on" i said trying to calm her. she kept crying. what a lovely night for a cry.

after we got grainne to calm down we finished watching the movie and fell asleep.
