The flying car

Summer vacation came to a close quickly, you grew excited for term to start and to see everyone again

On your last evening, Mrs. Weasley conjured up a sumptuous dinner that included all of Harry's and your favorite things, ending with a mouthwatering treacle pudding. Fred and George rounded off the evening with a display of Filibuster fireworks; they filled the kitchen with red and blue stars that bounced from ceiling to wall for at least half an hour. Then it was time for a last mug of hot chocolate and bed.

Next morning was a long one. At dawn you were all up and mrs weasley was looking for socks and quills as everyone collided on the stairs, you without even noticing you simply took off your pajama shirt and forgot to change into a different one. You ran up with bits of toast and you slipped on something in Ron's room. The invisibility cloak

"Harry!" You shouted as you put the cloak in your trunk and he came in "Harry, your cloaks in my trunk" you say

"Alright!" He says as you heard a shout outside. You looked out the window and see a chicken running from Mr weasley, who had fallen over it while carrying Ginny's trunk to the car

"Mr weasley!" You say as you quickly change into your clothes and put your pajamas into your trunk "are you ready?"

"Throw it, James!" He says you chuck your trunk out and he uses magic to catch it and get it on the ground

Mr weasley magically expanded the trunk of the car to fit everyone's bodies and luggage and when you were in the car, mrs weasley looked at you, Ron, Fred, George and percy sitting comfortably in the back seat side-by-side and spoke "muggles know more than we give them credit for, don't they?" She said as she and ginny got into the front seat, which had been stretched so wide it looked like a park bench

"I mean, you'd never know it was this roomy from outside, would you?" Molly said, you began to speak but Fred stepped on your foot

Mr weasley started the engine and drove out of the yard only to go back to the burrow as George forgot his filibuster fireworks. Then five minutes afterwards fred went back for his broomstick and then after that, ginny left her diary

Tensions were high and eyes were on the clock as the car sped towards kings cross

Mr. Weasley glanced at his watch and then at his wife. "Molly, dear —"

"No, Arthur —–"

"No one would see — this little button here is an Invisibility Booster I installed — that'd get us up in the air — then we fly above the clouds. We'd be there in ten minutes and no one would be any the wiser —" Mr weasley eagerly said

"I said no, Arthur, not in broad daylight —" mrs weasley said

Timeskip

Due to not flying, you all arrived at 10:45. Mr weasley dashed towards the trolleys, as you all hurried into the station with your trunks being dragged

You were in the front of everyone else somehow

"Go! Go!" Mrs weasley spoke, you nodded and ran through the wall between platform 9 and 10 with your trolley

A/n ok I took a small hiatus and I'm writing this part now and it feels js so nice to be back in the magical world in the story, not sure how to explain it. Oh well, sucks that the chambers gonna open

Percy came in through the portal behind you

"How long do we have left?" You ask him

"Five minutes! I suggest you get on the train!" Percy said "come on, let's go!" He said, already starting his head boy privileges. You saw a faint smile on his face, not a smug one though. You smiled back as you ran to the train
