Chapter 6: Final Preparations

Yus' PoV

I was sitting by the park laying on a bench and looking at the sky, Dusk, Spooky and Yuika had come with me to keep me company all while i explained to them what happened a night ago

Dusk: "I see, so Diablo's neither on our side nor in Hisako's...from what i understood, he'll leave us be so long as we free all Pillars..." Said Dusk trying to understand what i said

Spooky: "The Faction of Knowledge...that should be our final goal, facing it as of now would only mean our deaths are imminent, so there's no chance to free it on our own"

Yuika: "We can only be grateful Hisako hasn't decided to kill us yet...he doesn't see us as a threat thanks to our encounter in the Faction of Faith, so we have the time to act"

All of their affirmations made me think, the fact that this Faction of Knowledge was gonna be our last objective meant there was definitely something going on there, just Diablo's warning made me realize there are still enemies i cannot defeat even with them helping me

Dusk: "Ah, and if you're wondering about Oka, she said she wanted to do some solo performances before the great concert, it's gonna be in just a few days right?"

Spooky: "I'll be ready by then, though it's possible you wont see me until the concert, i have some matters to deal with..."

Yuika: "Whatever that is seems important...me and Aoi did good in our practices so we'll be doing just fine too!" All of them were ready for the concert, our final chance to recruit Ashira and move onto the next Faction to continue our adventure

Yus: "...hey sis, how many Factions are there?" I had to ask about the important thing, knowing there must be a lot of Factions we've yet to discover

Spooky: "Oh, i guess we never really told you about that. You already saw four Factions, five if we count Shiori...there's around eleven Factions we've yet to go through, excluding wherever Hisako is at"

Sora: "Then again, there must be some Pillars that outran Corruption like Shiori, and others don't have a defined Faction so they'll join our cause if we manage to find them" Sora spoke from the Headquarters listening in to our conversation

Spooky: "I remember Yoshika saying she helped another of the Pillars to hide from Corruption, if we're lucky we'll run into her too" Said Spooky to raise a spark of hope to possibly get someone else in the team

Yus: "Hope she'll join us if we find her then..."

Sora: "Before you proceed, i'd like to tell you something" Sora interrupted again with more news, speaking in a more serious tone "This has to do with the Faction of Creation...apparently, a fortified Essence Barrier is blocking anything and anyone from going in and out..."

Spooky: "Can't you make a rift to go in?"

Sora: "In my weakened state i'm afraid i cannot...i'm investigating further into it, so i should have something regarding that barrier by the time you all come back"

Yus: It seems we'll go there as a next course of action...seems fair, helping that Faction would be a good addition to our forces

Dusk: "Pillar of Dimensions, think you can search around the Factions and try to make out the Essence of another Pillar?" Offered Dusk apparently with a plan in mind

Sora: "I can, the only Faction that has a barrier that stops me is the Faction of Creation...why?"

Dusk: "Spooky said Yoshika hid a possible ally after all, and if there are more Pillars that still are alive and not corrupted, we'll head to help them as soon as we're done here"
