The sun started rising brightly as the morning came. Liyue's empty streets became busy once again, people wandered around doing their own things.
A few people rushed up the white long stairs to the Bubu Pharmacy which was known for being the finest pharmacy in all of Liyue. The building itself was magnificent, but its unique shape and green roof gave it an atmosphere no one could express. The pharmacy was best known for its boss, Dr. Baizhu who was the best doctor in almost all of Teyvat. Him and his little white snake, Changsheng really knew how to take care of the people of Liyue.
The building's door swung open as a voice yelled up.
"Arataki 'Numero Uno' Itto has arrived-!!" Itto declared proudly as he stepped inside in a rush.
His deputy leader immediately shushed him and hit him from the side as she stepped closer and took things more seriously.
"Good morning, Dr. Baizhu." she smiled gently behind her mask as she looked around. "We came to see Gorou. How is he doing? Is he any better?"
Dr. Baizhu was sitting behind his desk as he smiled at them warmly.
"Good morning everyone." he slowly got up from his chair and stepped out in front of them. "I suppose it is time for you to see it for yourselves. Please follow me."
And with that, he started walking up the stairs leading the entire gang.
"So he's alive?" sparkles appeared in Itto's eyes as he thought of his fluffy friend.
"I never told you he is dead. He was just in a serious coma. Fortunately, he managed to recover thanks to the treatment he has received from me." the doctor explained as he started walking down a hallway.
Shinobu looked around in curiosity as they made their way to Gorou's room. The hallway was quite dark but still cozy enough to feel comfortable there.
"Soooo, do you save a bunch of people here?" Itto asked suddenly, this question was quite unlike him.
"Of course." Dr. Baizhu nodded with a soft smile on his face. "I only let people into my office most of the times but Mr. Gorou is not in the condition to walk right now, so I decided to let you see him just this once. Though I have to warn you to be careful with him."
Shinobu glanced at his boss immediately.
"You heard him, Boss." she murmured into his ear.
Itto smiled at her.
"Yeah, yeah. I get it, Shinobu. But trust me, the general will be delighted to see me!" he grinned proudly as if he knew what he was doing.
They soon arrived to the specific door. Dr. Baizhu slowly reached out for the door handle and opened the door.
"Mr. Gorou?" he carefully stepped inside. "A few guests came to see you."
Gorou was lying in the bed calmly, a blanket covering his body completely. He seemed surprised by the doctor's words but before he could say anything, the oni rushed inside and hugged him tightly.
"GENERAL, I MISSED YOU SO, SO MUCH!!" he squished his cheeks playfully as he looked into his eyes. "I was SOOOO worried about you!"
Confusion appeared on Gorou's face as he looked back at Itto. He didn't understand what he was doing here. Last time they argued and seperated.
Shinobu walked inside the room and spoke up to cool the tension.
"Sorry, Gorou. Boss has been kind of crazy over you. He kept talking about you all day for months." she explained. "He wants to apologize but he's too shy to do that."
