Sarah P.O.V"Jude stop." I giggled.
We were currently standing outside his car watching the city lights at Griffith Park.
It was a place at the very top of the big hills here in Los Angeles where people came at night to look at the view since the city looked so big from here.
"It's crazy to see how we can see the whole city from here." Jude emphasized leaning back against his german sedan.
"I know." I replied.
"Sometimes I like to come up here whenever I have to clear my head."
"I'm going to start doing that because lord knows I need it." he laughed.
"So how's futbol going?" I asked changing the topic.
"Stressful." he sighed.
"I have this serious amount of pressure from my parents to be the best player ever in futbol and sometimes I don't even think I'm cut out for all this."
"I just feel like I'm being forced to be someone I'm not because of my parents." he added kicking a piece of gravel with his foot.
"Well in my opinion you are very good."
"I've seen the way you play, your amazing Jude. I don't think you should just give up just because of your parents."
"I know you love futbol. I see the way you light up when your playing." I encouraged.
"Don't let them turn it into something negative."
"It's not that. I don't think that but it's just the pressure I feel from my parents makes me want to quit."
"And then Kylian being number 1 at our school doesn't help. It just discourages me even more."
"Jude your literally number 2 . You don't need to get upset for no reason."
"You don't get it." he scoffed.
"He's better than me and everyone knows it even my parents. They tease me about it."
"I don't think you should worry about him or your parents. I think your tremendously talented and if you really wanted to be number 1 I know for a fact you could do it." I praised.
"That means a lot Sarah." he said giving me a smile from his previously distraught expression.
"Of course. Don't mention it." I winked nudging his side.
He laughed and put his arm around me pulling me closer to him.
"What about you?"
"I don't think I even know your favorite hobby." he joked.
"U-uh well I don't know. What would you like to know?"
"Anything." he stated.
"I like to do basically anything. I'm not really unique in any way."
"When people ask me what's my favorite hobby or a similar question I usually don't know what to say because I consider myself pretty normal."
"I'm either on my phone all day or doing schoolwork." I said.
"Nerd."
"Yeah whatever." I said rolling my eyes.
"Maybe you can teach me what we're doing in Spanish because I'm completely lost."
"Sure. I have an A in that class anyways."
"You could be my tutor." he winked.
"Ew no. You could do it yourself forget it."
"I'm only messing with you Sarah." he said laughing.
We didn't talk for the next few minutes but took in the view.
"I'm not really good at this relationship stuff but I'm willing to try with you?" he asked turning to face me.
"How cute is Judey trying to ask me out."
"Shut up." he whined rolling his eyes.
"But yes I'll be your girlfriend." I replied standing on my tippy toes to give him a kiss.
Kylian P.O.V
I was already having a hard time from Natalie about how to be mature since I was going to be a father but it was only my first day.
My first day of trying to fix myself for my future kid and she was making it hell.
"Kylian you need to quit school completely in my opinion." she spat crossing her arms.
"If your going to be in my baby's life I need your whole attention on him/her."
"And I also need you to stay away from Sarah. I know you both have history but as of today it's only you me and this baby." she said pointing at her stomach.
"Promise me you'll stay away from her?" she pleaded giving me her pinky finger.
"Fine. Promise." I sighed locking my pinky finger with hers.
"Yay!" she squealed quickly letting go of my pinky.
"What more does she want." I muttered looking at her excitement as she typed away on her phone.
I didn't want to sound selfish but I was already feeling like shit ever since I had to quit futbol.
Futbol was my whole life and I enjoyed nothing but playing the sport.
I practically grew up with a futbol and anytime someone would ask me where I spent most of my youth it was usually always the futbol field.
I didn't know what the hell I was going to do with my life now and my life goal of becoming the best futbol player went down the drain.
I had a dream of joining Paris Saint German one day since my father grew up in Paris.
He said it could've been a good starting team for me and I could've learned to became a better player there.
But I also had a dream of playing for France's National Team but who was I kidding I was only 18 after all.
And now I had a new chapter that didn't involve futbol.
One I wasn't expecting at all but now I had to navigate through what my life is rather than dream about what it could've been.
