Jooyeon was so confused. So many things were happening at the same time, he felt like exploding if one more thing would happen. Jiseok was glad to help him to relax. It was late at night where Jiseok walked over to Jooyeon's bed in order to cuddle him.
With his head on the other's chest, he listened to his calm heartbeat. The mood was depressed; Jungsu still didn't wake up so of course they were worried. And they were sad about the fact that they could end the same way if they wont be cautious enough.
"Jooyeon?" Jiseok questioned quietly while playing with the latter's fluffy hair. "Do you think Jungsu will wake up?" It was a tricky question. Gunil told them what happened to the other, and it seemed like he lost way too much blood. If they don't transfer blood to him, then Jungsu would die, obviously. And just the thought of it gave Jooyeon tears in his eyes.
"I don't know.." he replied dryly. "He lost way too much blood.. But maybe there will be some kind of miracle" They were continuing to enjoy each other's warmth in silence, thinking about their friends. Way too many things are fucked up here. "I want to run away.." Jooyeon then whispered his thought. "What?" Jooyeon repeated himself and Jiseok felt a shiver run down his spine.
"How? You can't.." He muttered. "They'll find you.. It's too dangerous." "But do you want to stay here until you graduate?" A fair point but Jiseok still wasn't fazed. "I don't want to know what will happen if they catch you... Jooyeon, stay here.. With me, okay? We'll be fine as long as they believe we're best friends.."
And that was the point. Jooyeon didn't want to pretend to be someone he's not. Jooyeon still wasn't sure whether he and Jiseok were a couple now but it was definitely more than friendship and he really loved that. In order to live up to his own will, he'd have to run away. And he'd love to do that with Jiseok.
