Within seconds, Miya was already far ahead. He is way more skilled then I am. Even tho I did my best, the distance grew between us with every second that passed.

I could hear the crowd cheering us on from the side lines. As I could feel myself going down the hill, I saw Miya dissapear behind a corner. I bend my knees a bit more so I was able to go faster, after a few second, I also passed the corner now seeing Miya in front of me. And for a second, everything faded.

Like I had written in my fanfiction.. his green cathoodie waving with the wind. His hair did the same.. a small smile krept upon my face as I could see Miya doing the thing he enjoyed the most..

To bad he's gonna hate me after this..

I sighed in defeat before coming back to reality. The course wasn't that long ofcourse as we were already almost at the factory. A few more corners to go, but Miya was still further ahead. There was no way I was able to win this. I couldn't even see him anymore.

With one last jolt of hope, I tried gaining even more speed on my skateboard. I was starting to go so fast that I wasn't even sure if I was gonna make the turn.

With all the strength I had in my legs, I made sure to not injure my self in the corner. Adrenaline rushed through my veins as this was the fastest and most scary skateboarding experience I've ever had, but I guess for Miya, this is normal..

My eyes suddenly widened as I saw something at the side of the tracks. Something.. green?

Not loosing my speeds, I tried to get a grip on what it was. I didn't wanna trip over it, so I made sure to stay on the other side of the tracks.

As I had almost passed it, my eyes widened in shock. Without a second thought, I instantly tried to stop my skateboard but doing it so fast that I fell to the ground. I landed on my arm and after rolling over a couple of  times, I instantly got up. "Miya!", I shouted as I ran over to him. I could feel my arm was in pain and I swear blood was dripping from my head, but I didn't care.

"Miya are you alright!", I said falling to the ground in front of him. His skateboard was nowhere to be found and Miya did not reply. My eyes started to tear up as I tried to take a better look at him. I turned him on his side to inspect his face. But there were cuts all over.. I suddenly heard Miya groan a bit, realizing he was waking up. "Miya?", I asked being worried to death. He slowly opened his his eyes and looked at my. "Oh my god, you're awake", I said bowing my head down in relieve. I wiped away some tears as I looked back at him.

"What are you.. why are you here!", Miya suddenly said angrily. I looked at him with a confused expression. "Miya.. you..", I stuttered, but Miya interupted me. "You could've won! I made a mistake, and you didn't.. whats wrong with you!", he shouted angrily..

I was still sitting on my knees trying to understand why Miya was suddenly so mad.. "uhg", Miya started as he stood up, "nevermind. You won okey", he said walking down the hill. I just kept looking at him in confusion. Miya looked around and tried to find his skateboard, and he did so with succes. He picked it up and walked away without saying anything else. He didn't even look back.

All I could do was sit in confusion. After half a minute or so, I stood up and walked towards my skateboard. I put it the right side up and stepped on it again slowly making my way down the mountain. It was only then that I realized my arms was actually hurting really bad. But when I saw him.. I couldn't care less..

As I entered the factory, I noticed people were gathered at the finish line. And I also saw Reki with Miya taking care of his wounds. Even tho I crossed the finish line at walking speed, the announcer spoke up. "And the winner is Hunter, due to resignation by the other contestant!".

Confusion was clearly shown on my face as I looked around to see people cheering me on. But also because I did not understand what was happening.

Reki suddenly came walking towards me. "See? I told you you might win", he spoke up. All I did was look at him. It was as if noone understood what had just happened. "Did something happen to your arm?", Reki suddenly asked. I looked to my right arm and noticed I was holding it. "I.. fell", I simply said. "Move", I suddenly heard Miya say as he almost pushed Reki out of the way. "Here", he said handing me a piece of paper. "What is this", I asked in a monotone voice as I took the piece of paper. "A deals a deal, thats my adress. You can come to my place tomorrow, I'll do anyrhing you want", Miya said in an annoyed voice rolling his eyes. I looked at the piece of paper and indeed noticed an adress written on it, but a pressure was suddenly forming behind my eyes. Not of sadness, but more of anger. I looked at at Miya and tears filled my eyes again. "You think this is what I care about?!", I questioned him almost shouting. I crumbled the piece of paper and threw it at him.

"You're an asshole",, I said through gritted teeth with now tears rolling down my cheek.

With that I turned around. With my skateboard in my hands and a balled up fist, I left without saying anything else.
