Heavy tapping with water on metal could be heard throughout the camp. We had set ourselves up in a small clearing in the Ghaug Forest. Small campfires were contained under certain tents as the men shivered huddling over their small portions given to them. I heard the squishing of mud under leather boots as the counselor's squire approached me. "May I sit here sir?" said the young man. "I see no reason why you can not."

The squire slowly decreased to sit by my side under the tree. "What be your name?" I asked looking at the squire shivering while trying to pull something out of his pocket. "My name is Akrath sir, I have come with the counselor. What is your name sir knight."

"My name is Bray and I am not a not but rather a hunter."

"A hunter to the King? It is said they never fight in battles."

"Don't believe everything you hear Akrath." I said. Akrath had pulled a piece of bread out of his pocket and began nibbling on it like a mouse. He had black hair and a very crooked nose. He might have been the youngest among the camp as he sat hunched over his skinny body covering his food from the flies and other bugs swarming the camp. Suddenly a commanding voice could be heard over the camp. "Bray your wanted in the command center." I got up and bade farewell to Akrath perhaps I will see him in the near future.

Mud squished under my boots as I approached the knight at the edge of camp who had called for me. "Your wanted in the command center." he said as if it were an urgent matter. Covered in the cape and crest of the kingdom he led me to the center of camp were a glorious tent stood above the others. A warm surge of heat filled the tent. In the center lay a grand fire burning fast, and next to it sat the most revered knights of the kingdom. This would be a quick battle.
