Prototype #11 = Experiment: Oni Replica/Resurrection

For this experiment, Junko decided to base his alterations off of a creature from legend, and instead of sharing similar abilities- like in Tomohiko's experiment-, she wanted to give Daiki the appearance of an Oni. Considering that we've already done the seemingly impossible, and more, this experiment was very easy to complete compared to other ones.

Because of the minimal alterations this required, we started immediately on the resurrection process, replacing the damaged tissue. As part of the experiment, and the healing process, we were able to mutate newly-created eyes, that were pigmented red instead of the original dark brown, along with splicing the DNA with the genes for bioluminescence, causing the new eyes to glow in the dark. The eyes were then connected to the subject's optic nerves and set in their sockets. We decided to add a third eye, on his forehead, which we created a new optic cavity in that spot and connected the third eye to the brain with a new optic nerve.

The next thing we did was alter the Daiki's entire mouth. His canine teeth were replaced with much sharper ones. The premolars on the bottom of his mouth were also removed and two large, curved, tusk-like fangs were put in their places. Two sets of smaller, pointed tusks were fused into the gums of the lower jaw, and to the sides of his upper jaw. To finish the appearance change, we altered the subject's hands, turning the fingernails into sharp claws. We also surgically modified his ears to be pointed, and fused horns into his skull. To finish off, pigmentation mutating chemicals were injected into the subject's skin and scalp, which caused the skin to turn a purplish hue, and the hair to become white. Before the subject woke up, Junko decided to tattoo red patterns onto the experiment's face; around the eyes, the tips of the ears, in between the eyes, and on the chin.
