Coughing and spluttering Rey woke up completely soaked in water, noticing she was in a big metal box rocketing towards two bright red lights above her in the distance. Taking in her surroundings she noticed that there was an Asian boy in there with her.
Rey...Minho. The only thing I can think of is these must be our names. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked the Asian-looking boy I assumed to be Minho. "I'm not sure, where are we?" Minho quickly responded. "Do you remember anything?" he asked again. "Only my name" I answered "Rey and another name Minho", I added. "My name is Minho and I also remember you", the boy looked toward me. "Me?" I asked in response. "You're my twin sister".
Before the pair could ask any more questions the box came to an abrupt stop, causing Rey and Minho to fall backward. A loud obnoxious alarm sounded and two big doors opened revealing the blinding gleam of the sun shining into the box.
"What do you see Alby?" I heard a British voice say. "There are two greenies this month". The older dark-skinned boy replied. "Well, what do the shanks look like?" Shanks? Greenies? What the hell do they mean, I thought to myself and given the look on Minho's face he was thinking the same thing. "It's a boy and a-a girl Newt!" The dark-skinned boy, whom I could only assume was Alby answered. Alby jumped into the box with Minho and me and introduced himself, "I'm Alby and this here is Newt. Do either of you remember your names?"
"Minho!"
"Rey!"
"Great", Alby spoke again. "Now let's get these two shanks out of there huh Alby", Newt said this time.
"How many of you are there?" I questioned. "Just us two, well with you two here now that makes us four". "How long have you two been here?" Minho asked taking the thought right from my head." Alby here was first out of the box so he's been here two months and I've been here since last month", Newt replied. How did we get here? Who put us here? How the hell do we get out? All these questions were running around silly in my head but before I could ask all of them Alby sent us with Newt. Why don't you two go off with Newt here and he can show you around your new home! Alby said before scurrying away.
