I first saw this on YouTube from QueenOz: OJ and Test Tube are cousins. Test Tube was gifted and OJ was compared to her a lot growing up.

He never felt good enough and would often push himself to the extreme to meet his family's expectations and his own. This is why he is still such a workaholic to this day at the hotel.

He has high blood pressure and insomnia from stress, going days at a time without sleep sometimes. I also imagine he has sleep apnea and it scares the shit out of Paper, either because he hears him not breathing, or OJ will wake up gasping and spook him.
