TB and GB have feelings for each other, but GB blocks them out and tries to ignore them because she doesn't understand them. She's scared of anything she cannot understand.
TB kinda knows this and understands, so instead of confessing to her he supports her in any way he can to show her he cares and he'll wait until she's ready. This is why he was also caught so off guard when he thought GB was flirting in BFB 14.
They have some moments off-screen where they're more friendly with each other and GB is less bossy and mean. She's mostly just like that because of the pressure from the competition but when they're not competing she's actually a lot nicer, especially in private where she is more comfortable.
They met at a young age in school because of their shared interests in science and technology. They've been joined at the hip ever since.
