"Viktor do you have everything with you now? Are we ready to go?"
"Yeah let's go love."
Y/n and Viktor were going to the art museum, and not just any art museum, The Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam.
This has been Y/n's dream for a really long time. Y/n started painting when They were 10 years old and now it's their job and they can proudly call themselves an artist.
Viktor and Y/n walk towards the museum and when they get inside the place is quiet, not many people in which is rare.
They are watching the paintings and Y/n excitedly tells Viktor facts about the different paintings and why they love the painting.
Viktor listens carefully, but he is distracted by Y/n's beautiful smile that they have on their faces when they talk.
Oh how he loves that smile and when Y/n's eyes light up when they talk about something they like.
They walk slowly and look at the paintings until they come to a particular painting.
Almond Blossoms.
" Oh i love this one" Y/n says excitedly looking at the painting.
" It is so beautiful and the colors are lovely. But I especially like the story behind it."
Viktor turns his gaze to Y/n and he notices a gentle smile on their faces.
"The painting was a gift for his brother Theo and sister-in-law Jo, who had just had a baby son, Vincent Willem.
The boy was born on 31 January 1890, and Theo and his wife Jo named him Vincent, after his uncle.
Van Gogh was delighted to hear the news: ‘It does me, too, more good and gives me more pleasure than I could express in words’.
He started work on this painting straight away. He painted the blue sky very precisely around the branches. If you look closely, you can see how many different shades of blue he used, just like in a real-life sky.
The almond blossom is also a symbol of bravery and courage, purity, hope, and love."
Y/n turns her gaze to Viktor.
"I love you Viktor Hargreeves."
"I love you more"
"That's not possible dork"

I'm sorry I haven't written much, it's been stressful with studies and everything. I turned 18 a couple of days ago lol.
So Yesterday I visited the van Gogh museum in Amsterdam and I was inspired to write this, I hope you liked it!
I took the story of the painting etc. from the internet, so I haven't made these up in my head lol. And if something is wrong, I'm sorry.
