Rich girl from NYC ends up at the dirty streets from Brooklyn AND attend a rich school just for people to make fun of mistakes caused by her family, but what happens when she meets a certain boy with nice curly hair.
"Y/n." My mom shouted, "Yeah?" I asked as I walked in her bedroom.
"I need to ask you something, but you cannot be mad at me, okay?" she asked, I nodded slowly, "What is it?" "Your grandma is hosting a gala," "She hasn't even spoken to us since dad got arrested." I said as I leaned on her door.
"Yeah, well she invited us as a way to you know, reconcile." "...Did you say yes?" I questioned, she nodded slowly.
"I'm sorry honey, I just miss my mom." "Hey it's fine mom, when is it?" I asked, "Tonight." she said as she handed me an envelope, "Grandma's way of saying get yourselves pretty." she joked as I saw thousands of dollars.
"Go shopping, and go with your old stylist."
I smiled and ran outside of the house, jogging to Natalie's house. I banged on her door, after a while someone opened, "Hey Y/n? What are you doing here?" she asked.
"I need your help, going to a gala-" I took a moment to catch my breath, "-tonight, come with to shop?" I asked.
She screamed and it alarmed me, her eyes got watery, "Thought you'd never ask!" she said.
"I'll get my bike!" "No need!" I said as I showed her a 500$ bill, "Let's rent a car!" "Babes you cannot even drive a bike." "Not me idiot! A personal driver!"
After a while we she convinced me to get a party limo, when it arrived we told the driver to take us to New York City. As we sped to the city we opened the car roof as we entered the tunnel entering New York.
We both started laughing as the air hit us.
When we reached the end of the tunnel, the city revealed, "Holy shit this is awesome!" she squealed.
When we reached manhattan, we found a store I used to shop for my dresses and picked one.
