Open up your eyes
-----------------------------------------------------------
You lifted your head up weakly, your finger tips cold and a light blue. Blood cakes the lower half of your face, dripping down onto the autumn leaves that laid all around you like a blanket.
Everything ached, your head pounded from the on coming headache. A snarl ripped your throat as you forced yourself up onto your unsteady feet, hatred flowing through your veins.
Angel dust would pay for everything he had done, regardless even if your father was a bad man he had left you to die all on your lonesome. The crows cawed loudly, flying away as you stumbled forward towards a cave on a nearby mountain. One of hells most biggest mountain in all of the rings, a hot spot for murders.
Reaching behind you, you grasped onto a jagged knife lodged in your back pulling it out slowly. The sting of it all causing you to wince in silent pain as blood dripped down your back, soaking your clothes in it.
Your torn coat hung loosely over your limping body, dragging onto the ground covered in your blood. Your right eye had two long scratches going down it, stopping right beneath your eye.
The sounds of snapping and popping bones and joints filled your ear and the forest around you, scaring off wildlife that was either resting or hunting for they're next meal.
The cave was empty, cold and quiet. You slid down the bumpy cave wall, sitting on the ground your coat in a puddle of muddy water.
Your skin crawled slowly, the coldness soothed the aches you had all over you, numbing the wounds and distracting you from the pain.
You had nowhere else to go, and you couldn't go back home, not when you'd be suspected for the death of your father. Katie killjoy always finds a way to make bad situations worse, and your pa? Would he even believe you? Probably not.
Hell was an awful place to live in let alone be born here. Nobody cared, everybody accused everybody of something they didn't do, and found ways to pin the blame on others.
This would be your forever home, and nothing would change that.

Charlie pushed her grocery cart through the long isles of the store, checking her list of things needed for the hotel. "Okayyyy... Bleach... Check... Towels and extra batteries... Check..." She muttered softly to herself, reaching out to grab a brand new broom and dustpan, niffty used the one she used to have past it's limits, the broom breaking easily.
She set the stuff in her cart, eyeing the list for anything she might've missed before finally concluding that she had everything she headed toward the checkout line.
"Did you hear about the new power plant being built on mount murder?" A lizard sinner spoke, setting his groceries down on the dirty counter, pulling out his wallet as he spoke to a small sheep sinner shook her head. "Well, rumors have it that Valentino's daughter is behind the pollution, y'know the guy who was found dead in the forest of lost souls. Crazy shit."
Charlie furrowed her brows, listening in on the conversation as she set her own stuff on the counter. "The girl who went missing about four years ago? The one that was spotted with angel dust?" The sheep spoke softly, her ears twitching as she grabbed her items.
The pair of sinners left the store, talking. Charlie paid for her items taking them once she got her money. Her eyes trailed past the large clock and landed on the mountain, a large gray building bellowing with smoke caught her attention. If she squinted she could make out a silhouette, shaking her head she turned down a dirty sidewalk heading towards the hotel.
Setting the stuff off to the side she looked back out the door. Drawn to the building, she could get a closer look if she went there. But that was practically a death wish, but... She was also curious.
