Psst... I murdered your entire family

Note: honestly this has been on my mind for a while and I wanted to get this small little blurb out of the way so enjoy.

You shifted in your bed, your blanket feeling far heavier than you remembered it being. "Psst... Get up!"

A deep voice rumbles throughout the room, shaking you awake mighty quick. Looking up you blinked owlishly, processing who was on top of you. "... Husk? What are-?!" He placed a bloody claw to your lips, grinning sadistically as he spoke.

"I just murdered your entire family... Now you have nobody but me!" He spoke with glee, holding the knife tightly in his left hand.

Frowning you pushed his bloody claw off, souring at the taste of thick scarlet blood now on your taste buds. "I live alone."

He froze, sputtering as he pointed towards the stairs frantically. "Then who the fuck were the people in your house?!" He looked between you and the door.

You sat up straight, clutching the blanket tightly in your hold as you finally processed what he just said. "THERE ARE PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE?!"

He deadpanned, pushing himself off the bed looking off to the side a laugh leaving him, "hah! Not anymore... You stupid bitch..." He trailed off slightly.

You frowned, the sleepiness leaving you quickly. "You could've been HURT!" you pointed out, watching as he looked back at you, ignoring what you said. "Your welcome..."

You frowned, looking back out. You were gonna have a difficult time getting back to sleep.
