Cartman tapped his pencil impatiently on his desk. He placed his hand on his cheek, looking around the room for any sort of action. Class had seemed to drag on for hours, even though it had only been about 30 minutes.
Then, suddenly, something caught his eye. Two people whispering to each other. But not just any students. Butters Stotch and Kenny Mccormick.
At first, he looked past it, seeing it as a normal platonic conversation.
But then, he came to a realization. Looking back on past experiences, when they were merely kids, up to now. It seemed as though Kenny and Butters had gotten closer. A lot closer, actually. They've even started hanging out individually.
Eric felt his mouth pull into a smug grin. They're perfect for each other!
His eyes lit up as he moved over a small piece of paper. He made a poorly drawn doodle of them kissing, and smirked in certainty.
Poof!
"Cupid Me?" he muttered quietly, looking at the fluttering angel next to him. "You're not supposed to be here right now."
"Well, I've noticed we have some potential lovers. So obviously, being Cupid, I just had to show up. I missed you!"
"What should we do?"
Cupid Cartman shrugs.
"I would force them into an enclosed proximity like I did with Tolkien and Nicole, but I don't think I can do that with them. Kenny's too laid back and respectful, and Butters is just.. not like the type to flirt, or anything like that, yknow? It would be useless."
"We'll talk about this more later, once you're done with school. See ya!" Cupid Cartman winks at Eric, before disappearing.

Cartman tosses a plethora of crumpled up papers behind him, sighing.
"Cupid Me, I'm not sure what to do."
"Maybe you could do something very typical, like.. leave a love note in Kenny's locker and say it was from Butters!"
"Cliché, but it just might work! But wait.. my handwriting is ass, and nothing like Butters'.."
"Just ask Butters to write it for you! He's naive, right? Unless he's changed from what I've heard."
"Yeah! Then I can just ask Kahl to do it for me! He has good handwriting!" Cupid Cartman nods in agreement, squinting cheerfully.
Cartman rolls back in his chair, propping his feet up and placing his hands behind his head. "This has to work! They would be the perfect couple!"
Eric walks to his bed and lays down, closing his eyes with a triumphant smile. He drifts off to sleep, and dreams of Butters and Kenny making out.
He walks into the entrance of the school, and immediately spots Butters. He walks up to the light-blonde haired, taller boy. "Hello Butters, I need to ask you a favor." He grins smugly.
Butters tilts his head and smiles a little. "Okay! What do ya need?"
"Could you please write a love letter for me? I'm really not good at writing this kinda stuff.."
"Well, I've never done it before, but I can try! Who is it for?"
"It's a secret, you can just leave the name part blank and then I'll put it in afterwards."
"Alright then!"
"Oh, and make sure you write it deep from your heart, as if you're the one writing it for someone! I want it to sound genuine!"
"Okay!"
A few periods pass, and Butters gives the completed note back to Eric.
"Thank you!" He smiles deviously before reading the letter. It was surprisingly good..
Cartman walks up to Kyle who was talking to Stan in the hallway. "Hey Kahl, can you do something for me?" Kyle turns around, curiously. His expression changed to something more disappointed as he realized who it was.
"What do you want fatass?"
"I'm not fat. Anyways, I'm trying to set Kenny and Butters up together, can you please fill in the blanks for me, so that it's from Butters and to Kenny. I can't replicate his handwriting.
"What? I'm not signing a note they didn't even approve of. This isn't going to help at all. If they're gonna get together, it should be on their own."
"But, I did get Butters' approval!"
"Then why do I need to do this in the first place. Why didn't Butters just do this himself?"
"Well, Butters was feeling sick so he didn't get to finish it. He wanted to finish it quickly, so he just asked me to get you to sign it."
"That makes no sense. I'm not signing it."
"Pleaase?"
"No."
"Please?"
"No."
"Please Kahl? Don't you want them to be happy?" He gives a pleading look.
"Ugh, fine. But if this messes up their friendship at all, I'm kicking your ass." Kyle has a stern expression before snatching the paper and signing it quickly, making sure to replicate Butters' handwriting perfectly.
"There. Now leave me alone." He gives the paper to Cartman before turning around and going back to talking with Stan.
"Perfect." He says evilly, walking away towards Kenny's locker.
He looks around observantly, making sure that no one was around, especially if it was Butters or Kenny. He quickly slipped the note in the slot of the locker before sneaking away.
He walks into the bathroom.
"Did you do it?" Cupid Cartman asks.
"Yes! No one even saw a thing. The only thing to worry about is Kahl messing this all up. Stupid jew." He rolls his eyes.
"Perfect!"
Kenny crosses his arms over his desk, waiting for class to be over. Finally, the bell rings. The teacher erases the board and Kenny gets up, eagerly walking out of the classroom. He walks over to his locker to exchange his things.
He notices a small paper fall out and curiously picks it up, opening it.
