Chapter 6

A few days pass, and Wendy is talking to some of her friends.

"So um, yeah.. me and Heidi are a thing now."

"Woah, really?!" Bebe says in disbelief.

"That was fast." Red comments.

A few hours pass, and Bebe and Red are talking to each other about the new relationship.

"Honestly, I didn't think Wendy was into girls.."

"Right? I seriously thought she was straight. Heidi on the other hand.."

"I still can't believe they're dating now.."

Butters is walking by and overhears this. He comes to a stop.

"No.." he mutters quietly to himself.

Butters is still in denial, but the fact eventually sinks in and he feels very disappointed. Although, part of him isn't so sad.. he doesn't know why.

"Leo!" Kenny yells from the opposing side of the hall. He runs up to Butters and hugs him.

"Why are you so happy to see me?"

"Sorry, I'm just in a really good mood right now!"

"Alright then." they pull apart.

"So what are you up to?"

"Well, I was just about to go to my locker, so.."

"Oh, okay! I better let you do that. Cya!" Kenny runs off.

Although that confrontation did cheer Butters up a bit, he's still a little uneasy about Wendy and Heidi being together.

The school day finally finishes and Kenny greets Butters once more.

"Hey! Wanna hang out later?"

"Uh.. sure. Why not? Where did ya wanna hang out?"

"How about my place?"

"Sure, what time do ya want me to be there?"

"Ehh, I don't care. It's up to you."

"Got it, see ya!"

Kenny waves goodbye and Butters walks off.

Things for Butters have seemed so slow, yet so quick. He questions if he still has feelings for Heidi.

Butters walks up to the doorstep of Kenny's house, and knocks on the door lightly.

Karen opens the door.

"Oh, hello Leo! I've heard so much about you! I didn't know you were coming. Kenny, your boyfriend's here!"

Butters blushes slightly. "He's not my boyfriend!" he hears from a distance. Kenny comes to the door.

"Hey Butters! Come on in!"

They walk over to Kenny's room.

"Have a good time you two! Don't get too loud please!"

Kenny flips her off as they walk in his room.

"Ugh, rude!" she says in a dramatic voice. Butters giggles.

"So, what do you want to do?"

"I dunno, you're the one that invited me here."

"Hm.." *he places his hand on his chin.*

"Wanna play twister?"

"Do you have anything else?"

"Damn, okay. We won't play that then."

"No! It's okay, we can play that!"

"Alright."

Kenny pulls the twister box from his closet. He gets out the matt and the spinner, tossing both onto the ground.

"You wanna go first?"

Butters sighs. "Sure."

He spins the wheel and it lands on left hand, green.

He bends over and places his hand on one of the spots.

Kenny smirks and seems to wink at an invisible camera.

He spins the wheel. Left hand, yellow. He places his hand on one of the spots.

They play for a while and Kenny finds himself in a very uncomfortable position.

"Ya alright there?" Butters teases.

Kenny lets out a troubled breath. "Yeah."

They play a couple rounds, and decide to do something else.
