Chapter 10

"Cartman!" Kenny yells, bursting into the room.

"Woah dude, what the hell?!"

"Why did you try to make it seem like Nichole kissed you on purpose for no reason?!"

"I don't know what you're talking about-"

"Cartman I know you did this! You had to be the one to place the camera, and I know you told her it was for drama class. Which it definitely isn't."

"Okay fine, you got me."

"Why?!"

"I have my reasons."

"Yeah, and what are they?" Kenny says in an angry stance.

"I'm trying to set you up with someone."

"What the fuck dude!? I have a girlfriend!"

"She isn't right for you!"

"You don't get to decide who you think is or isn't right for me!" Kenny yells, storming off.

"Maybe I know more than you think I do." he says, even though Kenny had already left.

Kenny walks to his house, his arms in his pockets. He regrets doubting Nichole like that. He figured she had actually tried to cheat on him.

He takes a glance to the right and sees two people in a parking lot. They seemed to be fighting.

He squints his eyes.

"Is that.. Nichole and Butters?!"

He rushes over.

"Guys, what is happening?!"

They turn to him.

"Kenny?" they both say, surprised.

"Cut it out! Why are you fighting?!"

Butters looks at Nichole angrily and quickly, then back at Kenny.

"She cheated on you!"

"What?! How funny. Nichole would never do that!"

Butters gets closer to Kenny and grips his arms, looking at him desperately.

"Please, you have to believe me! I saw her kissing Tolkien!"

"No Butters! I know she didn't cheat on me. I don't know why you're lying to me like this but you should stop."

Butters shakes his head in disbelief. Tears begin to well up in his eyes.

He runs off, covering his face.

Kenny turns to Nichole.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, thanks for standing up for me."

He looks back around.

His eyes widen and is stolen of his breath.

"Wait! Butters!"

Butters opens his eyes slowly and finds himself right in the presence of a truck beside him.

The truck impacts his body and he falls to the ground.

"Butters!" Kenny yells in disbelief and agony.

He runs over to the bloody body on the road. The driver of the truck gets out.

"Oh my god! Call an ambulance!"

Kenny is sitting outside of Butters hospital room, with Nichole.

"This is all my fault."

"No it's not."

"Yes it is! I've already hurt him once before. I threw a fucking ninja scar at his eye, and now this!?"

"Hey, that was a long time ago! Like I said, it's my fault. I should've tried to convince him to not fight me."

"That wasn't in your control. My response was.."

"Kenny? We've come back with our report." the doctor says.

Kenny stands up without hesitation.
