Dawn was once again in the library where Maura had started teaching her ancient dialect. Tamlin watched proudly as his little Dawn kept babbling making Maura lose her shit.
Dawn skipped past Maura to Tamlin and hugged his leg." Can I go play with my pony?"
"Of course, you can, princess. Just be in time for lunch."He said kissing her head.
She ran out to the stables to get her little Shetland.
She didn't even bother with a saddle as she wanted to ride him bearback. She stroked Daenerys before she let out Arcenic and took off riding into the woods.
She was tired of the meadows. They were still pretty, but she wanted to see what lay beyond them. The great trees where her father had found her. Maybe it was just because she was so little, but they were majestic. The juniper green leaves flowed swiftly in the wind swaying to the melody of all the other elements.
She was peacefully walking when an arrow came flying towards her.
On instinct, she grabbed it, turned, and threw it back.
"Hey!!" came a shriek.
"Hey, you're bloody self," she screamed as she got off of Arcenic and ran over. She was gonna hit this idiot.
Behind the tree stump stood the boy with ruffled blonde hair. And turquoise eyes with a golden ring encircling them, snarling at her.
"What the hell! Can't a girl have a ride in peace!"
" Your not a girl! Your not wearing a dress!"
At this, a surge of anger rose in Dawn, and she kicked him in the face with her little legs, and the two 4-year-olds were rolling through the leaves.
They rolled until Dawn hit something else. Two boys peered down at her curiously.
" Who are you?"
" The better question would be who are you?" She said.
" I asked first ."
" Beauty before age!"
"Are you saying I'm ugly!"
" Hey, you said it, not me." She lifted her hands into the air.
"Dawn. My name is Dawn." She said.
The older boy pointed to the blond one. "Levi." To the dark brown-haired boy next to him. " Sam, and I'm Felix."
" Well then, Felix, I'd say it was nice to meet you if that idiot..." She said pointing to Levi. " Didn't try to shoot me with an arrow."
Felix's eyes were bright as he ran to Levi and clutched him.
" You shot an arrow!!!" Levi nodded his head.
" He shot an arrow!" Felix was jumping up and down right now.
He hugged her tight. " Do you have any idea how long I have been trying to get that kid to shoot an arrow? By the way, Levi, I'm a bit disturbed. The first thing you tried to do was to shoot a person. Just saying."
" I was aiming for the deer."
Dawn's mouth was hanging open. "I'm not a deer!"
" No the thing behind you!" Felix just slapped his hand in the face.
"Arsenic!!! You tried to shoot Arsenic!!!!!!!" Dawn leaped forward, her fists connecting with Levi's face, and he wasn't scared to return the gesture until Sam pulled them apart, earning him a punch in his face.
" Ohh come on! You two are insufferable!!!" He said holding them apart.
" Levi that's why we have to teach you what a horse is!"
He looked confused. " But that's not a horse! It's so small!!"
" That's because it's a Shetland pony. You nincompoop!"
"Oh, well then, sorry." He said rubbing his head with an innocent smile.
" Friend then?" she took his hand growling slightly. " If you touch him, I'll decapitate you!" He went white with shock but just nodded his head as Sam let out a laugh. They all walked along the labyrinth of trees.
Levi walked a bit at the back and she went to walk with him.
He grinned at her. " Wanna start some trouble?" He asked withna lifted brow.
" I thought you'd never ask!"
They were running through the woods when Levi showed her where the nets were.
We climbed into a tree hanging the nets there. They Checked their surrounding area to make sure it was fine for the trap.
" Come on. Climb up." Levi said as he was pushing her.
" You're so slow!"
" Hey, shut it!" Dawn yelled back at him.
At the sound of Felix and Sam's voices nearing, they climbed faster. Dawn used Levi's head as a stepping stone, and he glared at her.
" Where'd that kid run off to? He's gonna get me in real trouble if I lose him again!" Came Sam's voice.
"Get ready," Levi whispered.
Dawn just nodded her head.
" You know. I find it surprising how Levi runs away with a girl at only 4..... Ah"
Felix let out a terrified scream as the net fell on him.
Sam just fell to the floor in laughter and pointed to Felix when another net fell on him.
And after that, they jumped on them and attacked them.
Dawn burst out in laughter as Sam tickled her with Felix chasing Levi. Until he saw that he wasn't going to get anywhere with Levi.
Dawn was running towards Levi and jumped into his arms causing him to lose his balance as they rolled down the hill.
Levi's head hit something " Who put the tree here!" Levi said as he rubbed his head.
" Too bad I'm not a tree," Tamlin said with a smirk.
" Gulp."
" Daddy!" Dawn screamed as she ran to him. He picked her up and swung him around with her giggles escaping." Hello, rosebud."
Levi just stood there with his mouth open.
" Daddy this is Levi. My new partner in crime."
Levi just smiled a bit as he blushed.
" It's nice to meet you, Levi." Just then, Sam and Felix came running down the hill and stopped in their tracks when they saw Tamlin with Felix almost falling over Sam.
" Come on guys you gotta meet my daddy!" Dawn screamed running to them and dragging them behind her.
" This is...Grumpy and..."
"Sam. I'm Sam and this is Felix, sir."
"Well then, it's nice to meet you, Sam. And Felix."Tamlin said smiling at the boys.
" Dawn, we better get going now. It's lunchtime."
Dawn ran to Sam and hugged him. Then to Felix who was left blushing and then hugged Levi.
" So I reckon we'll see you tomorrow then, Dawnie."
" I reckon you will," Dawn said as she grabbed Tamlin's hand, and he helped her on the horse. The boy's mouths were hanging open.
" If you guys want you can come riding with me tomorrow."
