"Now, let's see who our top 16 are!" Present Mic yelled. Koda gently placed you on the ground where you stood next to him, Kyoka, and Sato. The giant stadium screen revealed the scores. 

"We did it!" Kyoka cheered. There you were, in fourth place, barely making it in. 

"Jiro, (L/n), I think we're going to step down from here on out. Sato said. Koda nodded as well. 

"But why?"

Sato rubbed the back of his neck, awkwardly smiling. "Well, our quirks won't do much here. I need sugar to activate mine, and I've already burned through too many calories during the first two games. And Koda... Isn't too fond of fighting?" he answered for both of them. Koda nodded. 

"If that's how you feel, then I guess I can't stop you." You smiled gratefully at them  and continued. "We wouldn't have made it this for without you guys, thank you." Koda blushed and Sato gave you a thumbs up. He let you know he was going to tell the announcer soon.

You turned around to the other side of the arena and immediately out of your mouth said, "What the hell is that?" It was a wall of ice covering a decent chunk of the field. How long had that been there? 

Kyoka laughed while pointing at the large ice formation, "Is that how Todoroki got first place?"

"Ah, (F/n), Kyoka, that was smart thinking on your part." Tsu came up to your two along with Shoji.

"Tsu!" you exclaimed, grabbing her head. "I didn't hurt you, did I? How are you feeling?" You were still worried about when you dried out her tongue to counter her grabbing your arm. The small girl smiled and made her ribbit sound. 

"I'm doing fine, I'll just grab some extra water later."

"What about you, Shoji? I may have been a bit too rough." Kyoka asked him. He shrugged. 

A mouth appeared on one of his tentacles as he talked. "No, it was actually more surprising than painful. You're alright."

A sudden feeling came over you while you used your quirk subconsciously. You could feel a mass of energy racing toward you from another part of the arena with your quirk. Snapping your head in the direction, you could see Mina bouncing towards your group. 

"Kyoka! (F/n)! Tsuuuu!" she called out, happily. 

"I think she's gonna jump us, we should probably..." your voice faded, unsure of what to do while your pink friend closed in fast.

"Run." was all Kyoka had to say. You and Kyoka's bodies were suddenly tied together, making you both unable to move. The pink powerhouse encircling you two prevented you from taking a single step. 

You laughed and struggled to get out. "Tsu, you traitor!" She had only smiled at you mischievously. 

"Where do you two think you're going?" Mina had her arms wrapped around both of your's and Kyoka's necks. "I need to make sure you're both still living. I thought you were all gonna die when you ran straight for Angry Boy" she said. 

"Ah, congrats on second place, Mina." Tsu said as she freed you two. 

Mina frowned, it was rare to see her so unhappy. "Thanks, but...That stick-in-the-mud only let me join his team because I could melt Todoroki's ice, which I never even got the chance to do."

"Forget about that. Come on, we get an hour break for lunch and I'm exhausted." Kyoka complained. 

You smiled and pointed to the sky, gracefully, "Onwards, to food!"
