The next morning,
I sat on the couch, Sasha on my lap resting his head on my shoulder as we watch Lion King, waiting for everyone else to wake up. They all decided to sleep in on dads day off.

I gently play with his hair, twisting it in between my fingers.
I felt his little body relax into me, signaling that must have fallen asleep again. I smile softly grabbing my phone to take a picture.
