Deal

 Jasper

"Monty. Hey, Monty." Jasper whispered tugging on his bedroll

"Mmm..." Monty said groggily

"Look. Bellamy's sleeping." Jasper said in wonder

"And? Let him sleep, he hasn't slept since we went to go find Clarke." He mumbled

"I know but look at him Monty, he looks so, so peaceful." Jasper pushed Monty upwards and turned his head towards Bellamy's sleeping figure

"Whoa." Monty said

"I know right," Jasper said excitingly

"I've never seen him asleep before."

"I'm not asleep," Bellamy said in a deep voice, he looked at the shocked faces of Jasper and Monty, "I'm trying to. Now if you two idiots would shut up, I could sleep."

"Uhh...Yeah right, okay we'll just. We'll you know, uhm go, go back." Monty stammered.

And with that Monty and Jasper fell asleep again.

Twenty minutes later Monty stabbed Jasper in the shoulder, "Hey bro, look."

"What?"

Monty pointed to Bellamy, who was actually asleep because now his head rested on his shoulder and his arms were crossed.

"Dude, where's Clarke, she'd love to see this." Jasper asked

Monty pointed to Clarke who was leaning her head against a tree, her back facing them.

"Clarke." Jasper whispered, "Clarke."

She turned around and Monty gestured her to come, "Look." He said when she reached them

"At what?" she whispered back

"At Bellamy."

"Whoa."

Jasper and Monty smiled, "It's cool isn't it."

"To admit, I have never seen him asleep before."

Clarke stared at him intensely soaking up every detail of his muscular frame. The way his chest rose and fell rhythmically. The way his arms were crossed over his chest, shielding himself. The way how his eyes were closed lightly ready to snap open at any moment. The way his face looked so serene. She completely forgot about Jasper and Monty and didn't notice when Jasper raised his eyebrows at Monty

"Soo, Clarke." Jasper whistled, "Seems like you're pretty interested in-"

Clarke cut him off by glaring at him and Jasper put his hands up and chuckled.

"We should leave." Clarke said walking towards Bellamy, "Start breaking camp."

"Whatever you say, princess." Jasper said using the name Bellamy always uses  

Clarke shook her head and kept walking.

"Ten bucks." Jasper said

"Deal." Monty smiled as he rolled up his bedroll
