Chapter 18

Ok guys, now this next chapter with be  missing some of the fight.
It is just a lot to add in with this fight.

And not to mention I have been having trouble with getting my brain to work long enough to get chapters out.

Also I'ma skip this fight in the book, a lot happened an i feel it'll be a bit of a hand full to write.

Gipsy's Pov.

I groaned in pain as I slammed into the ground after being dropped from earth's atmosphere. 'Gipsy, you read? You alright?!' I whined gently at the loud voice in my ears an rolled my eyes as I slowly forced myself out of the creator I had made. I gritted my teeth a bit but huffed through it as I smirked an answered my worried partner. "You...get dropped from the sky....and let me know how you feel after hitting the ground~" I panted as I said it in a playful and sarcastic manner as I stood while holding my side. I looked down as I was bleeding a bit from the Kaiju had done a number on me. I could hear everyone cheer for me tho as I had made it and had managed to take both Kaiju down on my own. 'Great job Gipsy, get back to the hanger. We need both you and Striker ready as soon as possible.' I heard the general on the com and straightened 'On it sir.' I said as I got out of the creator and started off, I groaned as I removed my helmet and took a fresh breath of air into my vents as I felt like crap. 

Yes I had just been in a fight with two Kaiju's, having my body thrown like a rag doll by one while dropped from the sky. But this was a different crappy feeling, I bit back the sickness feeling I was starting to get as I heard someone comming me again. I sighed as I put my helmet back on as I answered 'I'm glad ya alright Gips.' I paused as I heard the other jaeger's voice. I frowned gently as I was still pissed at the male after humiliating me in front of everyone. I went to hang up 'Gipsy please don't hang up.' I paused as my fingers hovered over the com, I frowned at myself as something kept me from just hanging up. Anyone else I would have done it but Striker I couldn't, I sighed and lowered my hand "What Striker, gonna start on me for stealing the spotlight." I said as I walked into the water and started towards the base. Tho I raised as brow as I heard him go silent "the silent treatment now?" I asked as I wasn't amused, but his next words shocked me 'I'm sorry Gipsy....' I stopped again as I heard the high spirited an stubborn jaeger as he apologized. "Come again?" I asked as I was a bit taken back at his words as I turned a bit as my back faced the open ocean.

I heard him sigh heavily as I listened for him to continue 'I said I am sorry. I should of never did that too you.' I listened to him go on, staying silent as I wasn't sure what to say to him. 'After I had knocked you to the ground, I instantly regrated my actions and it hurt more to see the hurt in your eyes.....I never was one to shy away when it came to expressing my emotions but ever since I met ya, I found it hard to understand them. First time we met, I hated you and found you impossible to be around but the more time I spent getting to know you and watching your skills.....i couldn't help as I started growing feelings for you. I truly do care for you, hell I dare say love ya Gipsy Danger.' He finished as he confessed his feelings to me, I heated an blushed gently as he actually said the words. I thought back on everything to do with us both, we had never spoke of this subject. Tho I realized I had felt the same for the Jaeger, yes he was hot headed and was prideful male. But after spending time with him, he was a kind jaeger and was patient with me after realizing the trauma she had.

I couldn't bring myself to speak as I was defiantly left speechless after the confession 'Gips? Ya there?' I heard his deep voice once more as it was filled with slight concern. "I'm here....." I said as I thought of what to say back to him. I smiled gently after a moment before I looked off towards base "Striker I-" I was suddenly cut off as something quickly wrapped around my arms an waist. My eyes widened and before I was able to react, I was pulled back hard into the water and instantly dragged under and into the depths. I could hear chaos on coms as I struggled to get free but I was soon hit hard across the head. My vision instantly blurred at the impact of the blow, the last thing I saw and heard was Strikers voice mixed with an echoed roar, seeing a large dark figure dragging me deeper into the ocean.
