Il tuo primo giorno.

Natalie had no idea that her phone was going to ring mid-shift with news that was going to make her entire week. In order to answer the call and not have it go to voicemail, she had to rush one of their tables their food, which effected her tip a little. Natalie has been picking up every unknown number, in hopes it was the hiring manager from the bar. She's answered nearly twenty spam calls today, slowly finding herself less and less excited every time she heard someone else voice on the other end.

Natalie applied to another place in case this one wasn't going to work out, but everything in her wanted to work at Castillo's. The starting pay was good, and it had some wealthy customers tipping generously.

It was her kind of party.

Natalie nearly missed the call but answered just before the last ring. She couldn't bottle up her feelings when the woman told Natalie that she got the job, the smile spread widely across her face.

What wiped it clean in just seconds were the words, "you can come in around seven. Eight is our more busy hours, so be prepared."

It was the wasn't the the crowd of people that'll be coming into the bar that worried her.

It was the fact that she got off work in an hour, leaving her one hour to get home, get changed and make it to Castillo's on time.

The silence had the manager concerned, "everything okay?"

"Yes, everything is fine. I'll be there," Natalie said with enthusiasm.

Telling the person who hired you that you need an extra couple minutes was just begging for you to be let go in a blink of an eye. It was her first day. She needed to be on time, and definitely not asking for an extra twenty minutes. It was unprofessional this early on.

Ayan was caught off guard as the apartment door was opened and slammed in a millisecond, the food in her hand nearly dropping from her palms, "what the hell?" looking at the grown woman run through the house, "Natalie?" Natalie was saying something but Ayan didn't catch a single word from how fast she was talking, deciding to follow after her, "whoa, what's the rush?" she asks once inside Natalie bedroom.

Natalie movements came to an complete stop as she opened her closet to find something to wear, "I only have thirty minutes to get the train station and get to Castillo's."

Ayan squeals, "no way, you got the job?"

She smiles over her shoulder for a brief second, "yeah. I got the call about two hours ago."

"Ohhhh," nodding her head, "so, that's why you're in here knocking everything over," she moved towards Natalie's bed to sit down after fixing the plant by her door, "congrats, Nat. We have to go out to celebrate one of these days."

"That's if I'll have a day off," with her now working two jobs, she wasn't sure when the next time she'd be available. She was going to get her schedule when she got in, and she had a feeling they were going to work her a lot. She didn't mind though. She needed the money.

Ayan looks inside Natalie's closet from the bed, "ou, go with that top and pair it with the black mini skirt."

Natalie's eyes fell onto the shirt in her grasp that she had draped on a hanger. It was a brown long sleeve halter top that has a tie in the front, "you don't think it'll be too much?"

Ayan shrugs, "you want big tips or not?" Natalie hums, taking the top from the rack, "you could do the black skinny jeans, but make sure your toes are out. You'll never know who has a foot fetish and wanna pay you for pics," meaning every word.
