The point of these videos is to show you that we should not place ourselves in situations where sin is imminent. This means refraining from watching anything that has sex scenes. Fast forward. Flip the pages. If that's what the whole movie/show/book is about then stop watching/reading it. Find something else! It doesn't matter whether or not you struggle with pornography, it's not something that our minds need to take in. Do not become desensitized to material like things.

Women, do not drool over men with their shirts off. Men, do not drool over women in their bathing suits. You make it easy to commit the sin, that Yeshua spoke about in this verse:

“You have heard the commandment that says, ‘You must not commit adultery.’ But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
