Harry Styles
Julien was plastered all over Channel Nine, all over another actress in London. The past few days Sydney's been worried about their relationship, stressing out things she shouldn't have been and we trusted Julian so much we didn't believe he didn't love her.
It's crazy how little you know people close to you sometimes.
Sydney looked hurt, she looked betrayed and none of us knew what to do when she stormed out of the tent. We felt awful, we spent the last few days convincing her everything was fine when the reality is that it wasn't. He was in fact cheating and he didn't love her, you don't do that kind of thing to somebody that you truly love.
We decided not to go after her, we know her well enough to know she needed a second alone to digest what she just seen, to think about it all before Julian rocks up to the festival. He'll come to convince her it's a lie, those pictures somehow aren't true but when the whole world has seen it, his lie is a difficult one to keep up.
We heard Julian arrive, the two of them weren't far from our tent but none of us could intervene yet, it wasn't necessarily our place. God I hated him for what he was saying, I hated the fact he was trying to deny it as if Sydney wasn't smart enough to figure it out before it made the news. I couldn't intervene though, as much as I hate him, I love Sydney too much to get involved right now.
So the three of us just sat there hoping she'd be okay, hoping Julian would realise how much of a self obsessed twat he really is and he'd just leave. We don't want him here anymore, not after what he's done to our best friend.
'I don't fucking want you here!' Sydney shouted.
'I'm not leaving Sydney!' He shouted back at her, which is when our concern got the better of us and we wandered round the corner to check everything was okay.
Sydney looked so upset. Her pink cheeks stained with streams of tears and eyes beginning to become bloodshot. She looked at us like she was glad we had appeared, so we knew with that look we weren't leaving her right now. Not until we know she's okay.
'Guys, hear me out I didn't fuck-'
'Save it.' Myles interrupted, wandering by Julian to get to Sydney. 'Get the fuck outta here nobody even wants you here, fuckin' pathetic piece of shit.'
'What the fuck is your problem!?' Julian shouted towards Myles, taking a step towards him as if he was about to grab him.
Before he could reach Myles, Jamie and I had stepped in so he couldn't. I had grabbed him by the collar of his cheap jacket and held him up against the fence, my fist clenched fighting the urge to punch him out of pure hatred caused by how he's hurt our best friend and had the audacity to deny it.
Behind me I could hear Sydney cry. Jamie and Myles consoled her while I dealt with Julian. It's rare Sydney doesn't fight her own battles, and that's how you know she truly is hurt right now, too hurt to put up more of a fight and that's why she has us. Nobody hurts her and gets away with it, not when she's surrounded by people that love her as much as we do.
'You're a disgusting piece of shit. You say another word to Sydney and I swear to god I will fucking kill you. I don't give a crap about my image, you don't say another fucking word to her.' I exclaimed through gritted teeth. 'If I have to look at your face ever again I swear to god you'll regret it. Get the fuck outta here.'
I let him go and watched as he walked away, however he got too far and decided to turn around, like he had something more to say. I took one step towards him and saw him flinch at my movement, only for him then to turn away and keep walking, because unlike me, Julian is terrified he'll no longer be the golden boy of Hollywood. How will he remain the golden boy if he's got a face full of bruises.
