The morning was beutiful and warm, which when you live by the beach means like any other. So, why not spend a little free time near the water? Or in this case in the water? After an hour or so of swimming in my olive green bikini I was back in the house. Flip flops were in my hands, sunglasses on my wet hair that was falling down the shoulders freely and I was wearing my new white summer dress. Paige and I bought the similar ones last week. Just because we are federal agents doesn't mean that we can enjoy shopping and girls' night out from time to time.

"Hey everyone!", I yelled entering the house.

"Just in time for pancakes", Johnny was in the kitchen making breakfast. Usually his kitchen skills makes other people sick, but making pancakes is his talent. Literally.

"Any special wishes?", he asked. Natural talent, I'm telling you. And he really loves it.

"Let's try with dolphin this time" , I pursed my lips and climbed on the kitchen counter grabbing watermalone smoothie that I made this morning.

"One dolphin is on his way", he replied enthusiasticlyputting the mixture for the pancakes in the pan.

"How are you and Jakes doing?", I finally asked before I took a sip. The party was more than unsuccessful and their fight that came after It was even worse. Right after my words Jakes was in the kitchen taking his perfectly plain fat pancake. Unbearable awkward. They just said two words to each other.

"Okay, I guess I got the answer, this is not good", I sighed taking another sip as others left.

"Shut up and enjoy your sea friend", Johnny smiled satisfied putting mint over my dolphin shaped breakfast.

"Buddy, you're delicious!", I grabbed the tasty bite end put the plate on the counter next to me. "Listen, Johnny, you guys really need to solve it"

"What are you talking about? Oh, a surprise party that a birthday boy destroyed?", he raised his head frod the star that he was making.

"You were right last night. We are a family. Whether we like it or not, we are a family. And siblings fight all the time", I crossed my legs.

"No need to tell me that. I grew up with 3 brothers, remember?", he said decorating pancakes with strawberries.

"First thing you learn in the family is how to forgive", I jumped from the counter and put my arms around his neck.

"Where did that come from? That wasn't a first lecture in Tuturro household", he laughed.

"I don't know, I just made it up. It sounded less pathetic in my head. But, It's true. You love each other, yes, you fight, you fight a lot, but at the end you go surfing together like nothing happened. That's what family does"

"You might want to explain the family story to a braided ICE, I believe that he forgot what it is"

" You will make up, eventually" , I smiled and gave him peck on his cheek. "Oh, and Johnny", I turned before I left to the porch "I am proud of you. What you said last night, that was some smart stuff. But next time, try to exclude stripers"
