"Mannn, that's fucked up what happened to Keith."
Crystal said while shaking her head. It was officially the weekend again. Solàna found herself sitting on Crystal's couch at her place. She had a ben & jerry's chocolate ice cream pint in her hands, stabbing the ice cream with a spoon before licking it.
"Yeah..."
Solàna just mumbled, feeling her stomach turn at the thought of Keith's death. Solàna decided to just keep the information to herself about what Von had told her the other night. She truthfully just wanted to forget the whole situation altogether.
"And I know he was a creep at times... but Keith was truly a fine ass nigga."
Crystal went on. Solàna just cut her eyes towards Crystal before making a face.
"You are just boy crazy. Ima tell Polo what you said."
She teased. Crystal just rolled her eyes playfully.
"Girl tell him. He just gon get mad and give me that act right fasho."
She snickered while laughing. Solàna just chuckled, shaking her head in disbelief. She took a few more bites out of her ice cream before setting the empty cup down onto the table in front of her.
"Ugh, I should probably just get back to grading all these quizzes for my students."
She muttered to herself, eyeing her laptop. It sat neatly on the coffee table in front of her, taunting her as she was just procrastinating her work.
"Unt unt Solàna. It is the weekend. We should be worried about getting cute and going out somewhere tonight."
