The sound of a phone vibrating uncontrollably caused Dayvon to just scrunch up his face in annoyance. His eyes fluttered open as he stared up at the ceiling in his room. He could hear his phone just continue to vibrate, which was on the nightstand right next to him.
He was about to get up and grab it, right before he realized that his body was tangled up with somebody else. He looked down, realizing that Solàna had her arm slumped right over him, with her head neatly resting on his chest. She was out like a light, not even being phased by the sounds his phone was making.
The mug that he had on his face completely disappeared as his eyes were just fixed onto her sweet face. She seemed peaceful as she lightly snored against him. He could feel his arm being tucked right underneath her body, which caused him to lose all feeling as it was numb.
But he didn't mind it at all.
Solàna just seemed so relaxed as she snuggled up against him like nobody's business, and Dayvon just loved every bit of it. She seemed to be real comfortable just cuddling with him the way that she was doing.
Dayvon knew that the last few days had to have been extremely rough for Solàna. She went from thinking that her brother was dead, to finding out he was alive this entire time, only for him to get locked up for murder. Let's also not forget about her granny being in the hospital due to a heart attack.
Von just couldn't imagine the rollercoaster of emotions she probably was going through. The only thing he had on his mind right now was trying to figure out how to make Solàna's life easier. He already started last night after having an important conversation with Bernice over the phone; but we'll get into that later...
