A Hyde's Secrets (A Wednesday x Tyler Story)

Chapter 14: Double Hydes, Double Woes

(3rd Person P.O.V)

Wednesday became concerned as she walked into a dark corner of the yard, "Did she succumb to her insanity and end up in a straitjacket?" she asked, "What the? NO! She's missing!" Peyton said, "Concerning, is she still in your dreary home country?" Wednesday asked, "She knows how to use those portals, she probably headed to Jericho, I dunno why" Peyton said, "Hmm, you're staying with Lucas are you not?" Wednesday asked, "Yep, he and I agreed to keep a lookout, I'm headed to yours, " Peyton said. "Hmm, we will be in touch, I have to go" Wednesday said, "Cool, I'll shoot Ty a text" Peyton said and he hug up. Meanwhile, Gomez and Pugsley were admiring Tyler, "Sharp claws, clearly you can have efficient  killing weapons, oh you must have such fun" Gomez said smiling his usual smile. Pusgley was drawing in his book, "Elongated spine, regenerative healing, large bulging eyes, and those TEETH! They can rival a megalodon!" he said, Wednesday gave Fester his phone back, "What's wrong my little bear trap?" Morticia asked, Wednesday grabbed a black towel, "Mon béte and I need to talk, a predicament has come up" Wednesday said as she covered Tyler with the towel. 

Tyler got the note and started to transform back, his growls became heavy breathing, "That never stops being weird" he said as he put his underwear back on. "Aww" Pugsley said, "Sorry Pugsley, but Tyler and I have an important matter to discuss" Wednesday said, "We do?" Tyler asked, "Yes, something just came up, come with me" Wednesday said as Tyler finished getting dressed. Wednesday and Tyler walked up to her room, it was dark and she even had a coffin for a bed, "What is it, I've never seen you this panicked, not since you found out I was a hyde" Tyler said, "Peyton called me, Blake's missing" she said as she typed away on her typewriter. "Oh boy, that's gonna be an issue" Tyler said as he scratched his head, "It is best that we stay alert, Uncle Fester said female hydes are more dangerous than males, since they are known to be mostly dangerous in the first week of their cycle" Wednesday explained, making Tyler cringe. "I'm just starting to think something else is going on, it's rare to see a hyde escaping, I mean I escaped to look for you, and that whole stalker thing died down right?" Tyler asked, "Not exactly, they're still sending pictures, but they've widened their field, to Peyton, Bianca, and even Xavier" Wednesday said.

Tyler grimaced, "Shit" he said, suddenly the whole house shook as a giant bell tonged throughout the house, "WHOA!" Tyler yelled as he fell off the bed, "Someone's at the door" Wednesday said as she got up, Tyler clambered up as he recovered his balance, "Yeesh, loud doorbell" he said as he ran after Wednesday. Everyone gathered to see Lurch opening the door, "Peyton...Vanderbell" he said in his deep voice, "AYUP ADDAMS!" he said as he walked in, Tyler and Wednesday couldn't help but smile, "Oh, you must be Marissa and Ephraim's son, it's so nice to meet you child" Morticia said, "Nice to meet you too Mrs Addams, mother told a lot about you two, like Romeo and Juliet in their last 3 days" Peyton said, "Yes we are tish" Gomez said as the two turned to each-other. "What are you doing here dude?" Tyler asked, "I came to give you....this" Peyton said as he unwrapped a file, "What's this?" Wednesday asked, "Blake went through some things as mother took care of her, this is all mother managed to learn before she escaped, it could help us with getting hydes back into Nevermore" Peyton said, "I'm sorry child? hydes are coming back to Nevermore?" Morticia asked, "I hope so, but Coach Vlad says we need more than actions, we need evidence" Peyton said, "Hmm, it seems that some outcasts aren't as trusting towards the hyde species" Wednesday said, "Given the hold Vincent Thorpe had, it makes sense" Tyler said.

Soon everyone heard a loud roar, it sounded like it was miles away, and it sounded like it was horrifically angry, Peyton's eyes widened. "THAT'S HER!!" Peyton yelled, "Your sister is a hyde?" Morticia asked, "Yeah, she got it from our uncle Jeffrey, for some reason there was an enchantment set on her to make her like dad" Peyton said, "Oh, I guess Marissa didn't tell you the full truth" Gomez said, "What?" Peyton said, "Marissa told us not to tell a soul, but nows the time, you were conceived via IVF, but on the day you were born child, your mother was walking towards the hospital since Ephraim took the car. She heard crying coming from a dark alley, a baby was found by Jeffrey's bloodied body, and her mothers mangled corpse" Morticia said, "She had no idea it was Jeffrey's child until Blake was a year old, when she started transforming in the middle of a temper tantrum, a DNA test confirmed that Blake was Jeffrey's child, she only survived since you mother lied to Ephraim and cast that spell on her, she lied about having twins" Gomez said. "Blake must know the truth, which is why she dissappeared" Morticia said. Peyton was on the verge of crying, Blake was his cousin/adoptive sister, "Why did that loon do that?" he asked, "Jeffrey was losing his mind, he had no master when he unlocked his hyde, he thought Marissa having a child would help him, but his Hyde took over and he killed the mother as soon as Blake was born" Gomez said, "You are one of the lucky ones child, since you were only young when you unlocked it, and my daughter is your master, it means you won't lose to his instincts" Morticia said as she approached Tyler, "So if Wednesday wasn't there to help me, I'd eventually lose it?" he asked, "Yes, but you managed to calm him down too, you are clearly kooky, and I'm unhappy to say that Wednesday made the right choice" Gomez said smiling. "So are we just gonna ignore the groundbreaking news about my twin?!" Peyton yelled, "What happened was a horrid thing, but I'm sure that with your help child, your sister can be brought to her senses" Morticia said. Peyton smiled as Wednesday grabbed a sword, "Come, we must find Blake before anymore blood is shed" Wednesday said as the boys followed her, "She leads, she's strong, she dives headfirst into danger, I'm so proud of our little bear trap" Gomez said, "Mon Cher, you couldn't be more right" Morticia said as the two kissed.
