PARA kaming nasa isang bangungot at nakikipag-patentero kay kamatayan dahil kami ng mga kaibigan ko ang target niya.
Deina died hours after she failed to play her dare. Dreino found her body hanging in her own room. And we're pretty much sure that she did not kill herself. Why would she?
I'm not sure if her death is just a coincidence or if it has something to do with the Red Parrot app. We're all confused and clueless.
Ano ba talaga ang nangyayari?
It's been a week since we all stopped playing the game. We can't turn our phone off at naka-stuck lang ito sa app. Kennedy, Dreino and I decided not to click anything dahil baka isa sa amin ang makakakuha ng dare at worse case, matulad sa nangyari kina Alexa at Deina.
Ilang araw na rin kaming hindi kinakausap ni Jadi. Hindi na rin namin siya nakikita k nakakasama. We don't even know if he's already aware about Deina's sudden death.
We were at the park that time. Trying to figure out about the app. We don't know what is going on but this needs to stop. I don't want to lose anyone again just because of that damn app.
Bakit ko ba kasi in-install pa ang app na yun?
"We need to know more about the app." Bakas sa mukha ni Dreino ang lungkot at galit nang banggitin ang pangalan ng app.
"We need to know who's behind this app. I don't want to lose anyone again," said Kennedy. "I knew there was something off the moment I read the terms and conditions. It's quite different from other apps."
"So, what you said before was true? Na kailangan matapos ang dare dahil kung hindi mamamatay ka?" Kunot ang noo kong tanong sa kanya. Tumango lang siya bilang sagot.
"And thanks to someone dahil kahit ayaw ko, nalagay pa rin ako sa posisyong ito." Napalingon siya kay Dreino. Hindi magawang makapag-react ng huli. Naalala ko, siya nga pala ang nag-accept ng terms and conditions ng application on behalf of Kennedy.
"I think, magsisimula ang timer kapag pinindot ang "Random Dare" button. Pero kapag wala tayong gagawin, we're still safe… I guess."
Ilang minuto rin kaming nag-usap nang sabay-sabay naming naramdaman ang pag vibrate ng aming mga cellphone.
"You're inactive for more than a week already. Automatic timer will start in 10 seconds."
