Y/n's pov:

Dami and you had made breakfast together and now you were eating. Siyeon looked sad and hadn't spoken a word since you woke up. You figured it was because of your arm so you decided to talk to the tiny girl and clear the misunderstanding. Maybe Siyeon thought that you were mad at her.

"I love your drawings. Do you maybe want to give me one so I can hang it up on the fridge?" You asked to get Siyeon's attention.

The girl looked up and her eyes showed surprise.

"I will draw you a special one later," Siyeon replied.

"That is nice of you." You pointed out as you swallowed the last bit of your bacon.

You wanted to get up to place the plate in the dishwasher but Siyeon's voice interrupted you.

"I'm sorry about your arm, Y/n. I just wanted to make it look pretty." The girl apologized.

"I know and I think you did a very good job." You smiled and had the urge to ruffle through her hair but you suppressed it.

Dami was following your conversation quietly but you could see the tiny smile on her face. This could be the family you always dreamed of, but for that, you needed to confess your feelings to Dami, which was harder than it sounded. The brown-haired woman made you feel so nervous.

"Does she even want me to be her girlfriend? I mean she wanted to kiss me yesterday but that could be just her wanting to sleep with me. I need to make it clear that I'm not interested in a one-night stand." You thought.

Siyeon smiled at you and continued to eat. The girl was a little clumsy and most of the food was spilled around her plate. Other people would be mad because of the mess but you thought it was cute. You always wanted to have children but since you were gay it was hard to achieve your goal. Maybe the universe sent you these two people to help you build the family you wanted. A small smile covered your lips as you finally walked over to the kitchen and stored the plate where it belonged.

"Maybe this is it. Maybe this is meant to be but what if not? Can I live with the fact that I will never be able to have a child?" You thought.

A sudden touch on your shoulder pulled you out of your thoughts. You turned around to face your secretary. The way she looked at you made your knees weak but you forced yourself to keep it together.

"Can I use your bathroom to give Siyeon a bath?" Dami asked and her shy smile sent a wave of love through your body.

You weren't able to talk so you just nodded.

"Thank you," Dami mumbled.

"No Mommy, I hate baths," Siyeon complained from her spot a the table.

"No arguing. After you are finished with your breakfast you will take a bath." Dami replied.

The little girl pouted and didn't notice JK jump on the table. He sneaked closer and snatched a piece of bacon from Siyeon's plate.

"Hey, bad kitty," Siyeon scolded the cat but JK was already escaping with his price.

You couldn't stop yourself from cracking up and soon Dami joined you.

"Do you have fresh clothes for her?" You asked after you calmed down.

"I always take a few shirts and pants with me in case of an emergency," Dami replied.

"God, she is such a good mother. I wish I could help her with it. She must be exhausted and stressed from all the duties. Being a single mother and working full-time is probably hard but she always smiles. She never shows how hard it must be." You were so proud of her.
